Romana Water review: Service

This is to kindly inform you that I am the customer of Romana water for last 8 years.I am in Shabiya -12, Musaffah - Building C-189 , Flat -303A. Your water delivery is on Friday. But for few weeks it is not delivered on scheduled day . Last week my water finished on Thursday and I didn’t call your salesman because I expected they will delivered on Friday as per there schedule and I purchase 4 piece of 1.5 litre bottles from outside. But Friday not delivered and again I expect on Saturday. But when I came after my duty in evening still same not delivered and I call your salesman and then only they bring. This week also same Thursday night I kept 2 empty bottle outside my room and today ( Sunday) still not delivered by your saleman.

I have facing money loss to buy water from outside and also from you,and every week I want to call your salesman due to not providing water at scheduled day.

Please do the needful to avoid this difficulties and from the cancellation with Romano water.
