Please cancel my account immediately.
This is John Bisinger. I never got a confirmation of my draft order, had issues with autofill my credit card on your web site, and could not sign back into my web account to verify things even though I tried multiple times. Sign-in screen kept on recycling. Setting a new password didn't work - I was locked out. I just got a txt from delivery man (Theodore White?) and called him . I told him to send back the shipment as I never got any conformation of the order.
Your site doesn’t work very well (especially compared to FACTOR), and I have not received a confirmation for any order via email. Any charges on my VISA will be challenged.
FYI…I tried to call your support line [protected]) and it doesn't work – not your phone number. What kind of a business are you?

Order confirmed without my placing any order
I never placed an order - this morning I saw an e mail that an order has been confirmed and that it will be shipped to me the delivery on Thu the 8th of this month.
I am not even going to be at home - I am out for 2 months - the food will rot outside my house for 2 months or worse still be attacked by animals and really upset my neighbours
There is adequate time to cancel this order since this is Saturday and food will not be shipped before Thursday and not be cooked before Tuesday or Wednesday. I called the customer service number and they are out for the weekend.
That is why I am posting this here

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Customer requested cancellation yesterday 11//2020 and we missed her on chat but we followed up through email right away. Please see the exported conversation on exhibit A. We just asked for a feedback and as part of retention we asked if there's anything we can do and when she refused we immediately canceled her account. Please see exhibit B showing that her account was canceled the same day of the request.

Placed an order tried out product did not like. Proceeded to cancel and terminate subscription. No further orders received for almost 2 months. Suddenly my credit card is charged. Goods NOT received. Cookunity refused to refund full amount.
I have tried to contact someone from support numerous times to cancel my account and receive a refund for an order they just processed for a week I had skipped. I just recently moved so the address they have on file will get sent to a location I am no longer at. I just want my order canceled and account canceled as well as a refund.
I ordered from them and my delivery was missing a meal. I contacted customer service 10 min after my delivery arrived. I have followed up on my request 2 times and no one responds. I now want to cancel my subscription but that also has to be through customer service...which is unresponsive.
