Bought a box of 24 at Costco, Kahului, Maui, HI and noticed the strawberry and pineapple bars were a minimum of 1/2" shorter than ones in my freezer from a previous purchase. The grape and lime seemed slightly shorter than usual. UPC codes from the outside of the box top was [protected] and the bottom had an additional outside the bar code, [protected]. Strawberry was [protected]. I am a regular customer and purchase Outshine whenever Costco stocks it.

I have purchased two half gallons at our local Dollar General for $5 each and neither one have Oreo pieces in them. I am very disappointed and upset cuz it is false advertisement what is pictured on the front cuz it definitely is not what is inside the container. I contacted Oreo and they told me to contact you to get this resolved. I would like to be contacted especially since I've tried to put in a complaint already which I screenshot below and sent and your website won't allow it. It's very disappointing for a company so big to have this poor of customer service and quality control

Purchased a 1.5 quart tub of ice cream and put in my freezer 8 minutes later when I got home. 3ish hours later I opened container to find there was a void in the center that appeared melted out, It was not created by a spoon or fork, it was very smooth. I was able to pour 1 1/2 cups of milk into the void to bring the level up to the surrounding ice cream. I used milk so I could drink the milk afterwards and not waste it like if I used water. It was very frustrating as I love the Dreyer's slow churned ice cream.

I purchased a tub of Dreyers Rocky Road Icecream from our local store here. I dished out some icecream to a friend and while she was eating hers she spat out a piece of red chewed bubblegum!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND GROSS!

I WOULD LIKE YOUR WORKERS NOT TO THROW THEIR GUM IN THE TUBS WHILE THEYRE WORKING ON THEM!

The label stated that there are pistachios, almonds, fruits, nuts. ALL I got was a tub of cherry, chocolate and pistachio flavored ice cream. So disappointed.

I live in Gilbert, AZ - haven’t been able to find this ice cream flavor for a couple months now. When will it be delivered? Please help. Thank you. P.S. I miss this flavor. I am buying butter pecan but it’s truly a second choice. Also when the slow churned drumstick was in stock at Fry’s Supermarket’s I’d buy six at a time

On April 10th, 2022 I went to my local Walgreens and purchased some butter pecan ice cream. I got home and began to eat the ice cream when I felt a crunch as I bit down then a sharp pain in my cheek, gum, and tooth. I immediately spat out what was in my mouth into a napkin to realize that it had been a pecan that still had a shell on it. I immediately took pictures then emailed the company. I then realized I cracked my tooth biting into the frozen pecan shell. By April 13th I was informed that if I filled any claims to get my tooth looked at it repaired the claim would be denied because I didn't keep the materials I spat out of my mouth abd that the company wanted it for processing. So with pictures, filling out the indepth questionnaire, batch number, best by date, location, etc.. I was supposed to save what I chewed into MIND YOU it's COVID and send that to the company once they sent a bag to my home for me to send the materials back to them. Also I was told this on 4/13 when I purchased the ice cream 4/10 and did not receive a response til 4/11 which I explained that I took pictures and threw the rest out. Couldn't trust that my children would be safe eating any part of it and I'm grateful that it was me and my 6 year old did not bite into, swallow, or digest any part of that shell.

My go to when I have a craving, went to my local Dollar General, but the lower fat, slow churned Cookies and Cream, and proceeded to dig to find ANY cookie pieces. There aren't any enough to make even a 1/4 of a cookie. Very disappointed when I got it home, and me with no chocolate sauce to help it along. What is happening with your production line? Just send me a few coupons and call it good. Thx

There was a rubber coil in the ice cream mid way.

Yikes Dreyers, my favorite go to and I have a party, bought four different flavors and the chocolate was 2/3's full. 😕
Been eating and serving Dreyers for years always delicious. I know things happen. Just a heads up.

Just imagine you're craving Rocky Road Ice Cream. The creamy chocolate ice cream, the almonds and those yummy marshmallows! You get home… open it, are so excited ….. only to take two bites…. No mallows….. three, four, five bites still no mallows….. so now you're digging for them. Thinking to yourself ….. maybe they just aren't on the top. So you start digging for the marshmallows…. Only to get halfway through the carton of ice cream to not find ONE single marshmallow! Umm…. What?! The pictures below are the sad true story of what happened to me after buying the "Rocky Road collection" ! Not one single mallow from top to the middle and I even dug to the bottom! Not a single marshmallow! It's not Rocky Road if there aren't marshmallows in it! This wasn't tampering or the ice cream melting…. This was straight up Dreyer's forgot to put the marshmallows in the "Rocky Road Collection"! What gives guys?!?!

I purchased a half gallon of Slow Churned Chocolate Ice Cream from my local Smith's grocery store. When I got home and opened it, it looked like it was partially full. I have attached photos of the container, along with what I found when I opened the product. I am including a picture of the bottom of the container, but it was difficult to read, so hopefully it comes through on the picture better.

I do purchase this brand of ice cream frequently and usually satisfied with the quality of the product. This circumstance was very disappointing.

I went to Albertsons to buy some ice cream. When I saw your tiny little carton of ice cream for the full price of what used to be a half gallon I bought Albertson brand. It wasn't any bigger but the price was proportionate to its size. If I ever buy another one of your products, I hope I choke on it for being so stupid. If you need money that badly, get a job.

While eating I found a hard piece of plastic T shaped piece of plastic in my mouth. Similar to the T Shape that goes in your clothes to attach a price tag. I am so bothered by this. We put headed this at Walmart in Maricopa AZ on Saturday 8/25/21.

I just pulled a really long whiteish blond hair out of a new tub of cookie cobble ice cream. I bought it today at stater brothers in Glendora California. I also know is not mine because I have brown hair and so does my boyfriend. I've included pictures of the hair, the tub, along with the top of my head to show you my hair is brown. Just wanted to let you know so you can make sure your employees are wearing hairnets in the factories. I typically enjoy your ice cream, your brand is my favorite, but this is gross. There's no way to tell how well employees wash themselves or if they've been sweating.

After eating half a cup of ice cream, I noticed a dead fly in my bowl. It didn't fly in, it was frozen in my ice cream. As you can imagine, I was very unsettled by this incident.

Desired outcome: to unsee and unfeel what has happened tonight. Help me.

Purchased a Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and the color was very light for mint and did NOT contain any chocolate chips. Purchased it at Von's in Clovis, Ca. See attached pictures.

Not sure what else you need to know

I Bought a carton of Dryers vanilla ice cream and appeared to be half the amount in the package. Packaging has decreased in size as cost has gone up. I have been purchasing this brand for many years and the last few cartons have been like this. After this purchase I feel like you quality of reputation will decline.

Bought the product couple days ago and when we finally opened it, it looked like it had melted and we are unsure or not but missing half of its content. Because from the store it was frozen it had a normal average weight but when we opened it was basically like someone ate it, the product melted a bit then re-frozen. I bought it from the Safeway store to where their refrigerators were working properly. I do not know how this happened and from its appearance alone when we looked at it, we felt uneasy about consuming the item. We left it as is shown with the pictures below.
