I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists and they took my credit card and charged me immediately and shortly later that day on 6/7/22 they indicated that they were unable to deliver to that location. Then indicated they would credit me back immediately.

I communicated with them 8 different times by email and they promised to credit me back each time and yet they never have as of 7/22/22.

I was charged as follows:

I wanted to let you know quickly so that you can still have time today to

send flowers to your loved one with another florist!

Since we cannot fulfill your order, I have already issued the refund and you will be seeing the full amount.

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days, but with debit cards, it may take up to 3-7 business days to reflect.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

After many communications and them indicating they would refund me I have still not seen a refund.

Desired outcome: Ultimately I would like to get my money back but more than that I want people to be aware that this company cheats people.

This is absolutely the same thing I just went through on Oct 27th. I did not even get a confirmation or response that they could not deliver my flowers they just never showed up. Calling them is a joke and I have been given 2 different emails. Just contacted my bank. Too shady for me. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

October 13th 2022 ordered flowers, they never emailed me a receipt. I called them after no delivery, they said they didn't deliver in Ohio. All of the people you talk to do not speak very good English.

Very difficult to understand. They gave me an email address that was fraudulent. I called them Oct. 27th 2022 I spoke to an Oliver, he said he fixed the email address. I told him to email for me, for the return of my money. After I hung up, I sent my own email to the new email address he gave me, it went thru this time. I will wait till the 1st of November to see if they refund my money. If not I will file a 3rd partu nonfraud dispute with my bank.

I truly believe they are a fraudulent company...taking advantage of many people. Somebody needs to stop them.

Same thing just happened to me. I ordered flowers on 19 September 22, got same email. Here it is 26 October 22 and I am still out my $70. BEWARE veterans and sr citizens (I am both), you will be ripped off.

This just happened to me for delivery supposed to be October 5 many calls and emails . Now I’m blocked from their number . I think they need to be taken down I think they are a scam.

Same here! Charge of $57.22 made on 9/7/22 only to receive email minutes later that they could not deliver to that location. I actually thought it was considerate of them to let me know so quickly so I could place another order elsewhere. Ha! Several emails and phone calls and still no refund. Also, the first credit card I gave was unacceptable, which it shouldn't have been, so that means I probably should cancel that card as well. I hate a THIEF!

The same thing happened to me! After getting my money for an order I placed on 9/1/22 they sent an email that stated it couldn't be delivered to my area. And that was after I entered my zip code for delivery area. They have received numerous emails from me regarding this supposed credit I would receive. Which I still do not have! After reading all of the complaints and their replies which are word for word the replies I have received from them. I sent them my last email just now and told them they should actually deliver flowers instead of the load of crap they deliver in their emails! And told them I assume they would be keeping my money just like they did to everyone else! What a scam!

Add my experience to the long litany of complaints about Roger Florist. The most irritating aspect is that I thought they were a local business after performing a google search only to learn when I called to see what was up that they are located in New York (or so I was told). I’d received the same email as others informing me that the order was canceled. I was able to contact another florist in the town and they made a delivery on time.

I’ll keep an eye out for the credit card charge which I was told was being credited.

The same thing has happened to me 9/23/22 and e-mail said exactly the same 10-20 business days for a refund of $60.34 and still no refund. Today still no refund 10/17/22

This piece of [censored] fraudulent Roger Florist is none existence. I’m being told the same thing. I order flowers for my sister’s birthday who was in ICU in the hospital, he never delivered them.I realized he claimed to be in New Lenox NY.. my sister was in New Lenox, IL. I was sent the same email promising to cancel the order which never happened. I’ve called several times asking for a refund and the [censored] claims he’s returning the money. I’ve reached out to my bank for assistance. He charged my card $42.24 after we agreed on a different amount. I will be reaching out to Google have them remove his business and anyone else that will help me get my money back. The email for the company Roger

The exact same thing happened to me. Placed an order on 8/30/22. (Insert YOUR situation here). Same thing. Charged me $72.20. Reported them to the FTC. Now, I'll need to cancel my debit card and get a new one. Their physical address is actually a Bank of America. Don't know why the government can't shut down their website.

Same thing happened to me. Here is the message I received below. My order was cancelled on September 22nd 2022. Still haven't received my refund of more than $50.00.

I think these guy's are a scam group working out of many states. I'm making contact with authorities in each state listed on their facebook page.

Placed order on 9/1/2022 charge my account, got notice they dont deliver where I need it, i'm still waiting, " our records show refund was authorized but still has not been made, do not order from rogers, I want my money,

I had the same experience as above on 9/06/2022. I was charged double the price of the flowers I ordered, was told they couldn't be delivered and a refund was forthcoming. 6 phone calls later still no refund. These are SCAMMERS!

Happened to me today ordered for my son who is very sick in a specialty hospt today was his birthday.They sent email at 1:36pm thanking me for my order and at 3:14 pm sent another one telling me they canceled the order because they didn't deliver in that area but when I ordered they assured me they did.And on top of that my order was 52.49 but when they sent me the cancel information they had charged me for another item I didn't order so all total over 105 dollars .Called my bank ,I used my debit card,and they said they had charged for it pending at 3:36pm.Told me to keep my emails and they have record of it.But I have to call everyday to let them send it through then call bank back ,make dispute and fraud charge,etc.Evidentally this has been going on for a LONG time.These people are terrible.What does it take to stop people like this ?[protected].@I don't have money for another gift .Had to tell my son was so embarrassed.C.Strickland

I wish I'd read these reviews before I wasted my money sending flowers through this SCAM company. My story is the same as all the other reviewers-- no flowers delivered and no refund.

The same thing happened to me, immediately took the funds from my account but have not issued a refund. I highly recommend choosing another florist.

Same thing happened to me. Couldn’t deliver to that area. After 4 or 5 emails back and forth, I contacted my charge card company and they refunded my money. I have reported them to BBB and my state Attorney General’s office. I hope they get shut down.

Same complaint as others above. Took my money and promised delivery the same day. Received an email 2 days later saying they could not deliver to that address. Now I have a $79 charge and have to purchase from someone else while waiting hopefully for my refund.

The exact same thing happen to me. I placed an order for get well flowers on June 1st in the amount of $79.69 and the amount was deducted from my account the same day. The next day I received an email stating we cannot do this delivery for you because we do not deliver to this area. After numerous attempts to make contact and the promise of a refund from several so call customer representatives still no refund. I contacted my bank and reported fraud.

My advise beware of scams.

I reported them to the BBB. Address for their location is undeliverable according to USPS. We reported fraud to our bank and they refunded us the funds.

The exact same thing happened to me. Unable to deliver and canceled. Reached out many times with no response. Did you report them? Awful getting scammed. Any advise will be appreciated. Thank you

Same exact email I received! Today I called and the number stated it was out of service? I called a few more times and it finally went through. When I shared I was waiting for my refund, they put me in hold immediately! Very broken English when trying to speak to the so called receptionist? She asked me for my email and last 4 numbers on my credit card to look my account up to give to the finance person?! I abruptly said no and told her I knew this was a scam! I called my bank today and filed it as fraudulent.

Same thing happened to me. I have tried to communicate with them and have have not been able to. I ordered flowers after my grand daughter had surgery and received the exact same email with NO refund.

Wow same thing with me. Ordered a casket spray for my mom's funeral and the day of the funeral no casket spray. Charged my card for the purchase, and 5 minutes later cancelled it. Still haven't received my refund, and can't really understand what the women in customer service is saying. I gave her until Monday to refund my account, or I will report them as a scam.
