I gotta say, Rapid Finance ain't no joke
I gotta say, Rapid Finance ain't no joke. They straight up ruined my life, man. The way they been harassing me is just not cool. The dude in charge of my account is like the devil himself. I tried to explain that my bank account messed everything up and made it impossible for me to pay back my loans, but they don't care. They just keep taking my money, over $2,500 already. It's not right, it's not ethical, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I swear, this guy won't stop until I'm six feet under. And with everything getting more expensive, I can barely afford to eat or drive anywhere. I told him I'd make a payment by the end of April, but he's all like "it's mid-April already, better pay up or else." That's just a straight up threat, man. Stay away from these guys, they're bad news.

I got a loan from Rapid Finance. I've been paying on time since I got the loan but I fell on hard times and got 30 days behind. Instead of trying to work with me and give me a little more time, they decided to threaten me via email (I refuse to talk by phone because I need a paper trail). They said they would sue me and destroy my credit (I literally have it in writing). It was just nasty for no reason. The better option would have been to be civil and work something out. They refuse to email and I'm not calling because I want everything in writing. They also did an unauthorized and unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report (please see the attached screenshots) and refuse to address it. Because of the nastiness, condescending, and threatening emails from them, I told them to do what they need to do and when it's done, I will file for bankruptcy.
