RockAuto review: Incorrect parts listing. This part is not for my truck!

I ordered and received break rotors for my F350. Rock Auto listed them as a part for my truck. They do not fit my truck. When I contacted them via email I never got a reply. I told them the part was not for my truck and that their product description said it was for my truck. Not a peep from them. Now, when I go to look at my order it says I can not return because this part it is not for my truck. Also, the part has been removed from their site. There is no way to speak to a person. I have tried and never got a call back. I have useless $200+ parts and no way to solve the problem. I would not recommend Rock Auto to anyone. I have tried to resolve this problem many times and I am tired. I will never order anything from them again! Rock Auto has no customer service!
