My daughter lost everything in this game on 12/8 because someone came by with a reaper and slashed her and all her inventory is gone. Someone needs to fix this now and not allow for these kind of hackers to get into these games. You are becoming a very poorly run company but maybe you have been all along. If you want to keep people playing your stuff you need to better manage your databases and not allow for these hackers.

The item is called the billionaire reaper and the kids don't know that this happens when they use it. The person who slashed her said it came from someone else called 'Poor', who also probably didn't know. The item is 1000 bucks and anyone can buy it. You need to remove this item. You are making kids cry. And you need to restore these kids inventories to before this happening. My daughters happened after 10:30 am on 12/8.

I wish to register a formal complaint about the way my son's Roblox account has been handled, but can find no way of doing so. The appeals team has completely shut me down. On Tuesday 30th November 2021, while my eight-year-old son was at school, his account was hacked and the hacker appeared to create a sexually explicit game with male genitalia. The account was also changed into Japanese language. My son discovered he could not access his account when he returned from school that day, and every page was in Japanese. I raised a support issue and was told that the user had created a game that was against the rules and his account was therefore terminated. I explained that my son was at school at the time, and does not have the knowledge to create such a game. He is only eight years old, and would not have created a sexually explicit game. He plays Roblox under parental supervision, so I know absolutely that he does not have the wherewithal to create such a game. My son loves Roblox, since I helped him to create this account he has ploughed all of his pocket money into the game. He has spent on average £15 a month on accessories, and is absolutely devastated to lose it all through no fault of his own. This is a security issue to do with Roblox, and not anything my son has done wrong. I would like Roblox to investigate properly and to reinstate his account. It would help if they could tell me the exact date and time (UK GMT) that the game was created. I would have thought it would be in the company's interests to address a hacker problem, and as a mother I absolutely need to know who created this game.

Everytime I try to log in a account I have it dose not work. It just keep loading and loading it loads over a hour and more and it just never works. I had made a new account but now it dose not even let me back in the account it just loads

i got 1, 600 robuxs which was both 20 dollars after i got other one at 11 and i never got my other 800 because i never bought it now i only have 13 left if i would have gotten the other it would be 813 but i never got it the first ones i bought were at 10:03 they other one was at 11 and i never got none i wanna know why did i get scammed if i didnt buy them!if its a issues what can do about it

I was banned for saying gay in flee the facility this ban was totally wrong becuase some guy asked me if I was gay I said no lol he said it like this g. .y enter then a and so I didn't know and I said gay? And then he asked me if I liked dream I say yes becuase he's cool minecraft speedrunner and then he says dream likes guys nd then i get banned for saying gay lol no first we were arguing about the game on how camping at the freezing thing was not allowed and then the 2 guys started teaming so I said that wasn't allowed and I think that he tricked me into saying the word gay and then report me. I have 2 friends play and they where witnesses I dont want my acount to stay banned and this needs to end I wasn't making fun of gay I was just saying I wasn't gay.

I had 679 robux and now it's gone, I didn't spend it on anything. I'm missing my legendary pets on adopt me. I tried refreshing my account and there still missing. This started happening today when I discovered a website called traderie.com and I wanted to trade EmpyCHOAD for some free pets. When I gave them my username that's when the problems started. I would like to have my robux back please and my pets back on adopt me. My pets were, 1 fly ride dragon, 1 flyable phoenix, 1 flyable ghost dragon, 2 golden mummy cats, 1 fly ride flamingo, and 1 metal ox. I'm also missing my legendary black ponycycle on adopt me. honsltey i dont know why i got banned ive put up a photo of why they banned me but all the photo was of one piece i dont know why they have banned me so ill i want now is for this to not happen again

as roblox was having a problem and i couldnt log in to my account, i have no chance of continuing my adopt me streak. in the morning, i was in school and was only dismissed at 1:35 pm so i had no chance to log in. i hope that roblox doesnt demolish it but im afraid it might. i hope that you will be able to solve this problem for players that couldnt log in too. thank you very much for your assistance.

I am trying to login to adopt me and it's not working it is my 272th day and I really don't wanna miss it until I get my diamond egg please sort out the problem when you can but I will probably miss it by then and i have seen a lot of complaints about Roblox not loading today I also am not trying to be rude I love Roblox I have played it for 4 years and today I have not been able to do my login it will be gone at midnight probably please sort this out thank you for you're time but I have not been able to do it. and it makes me a bit upset that I can't so I will have to start over again but not have a high day streak I would at least of liked to take a photo of it but I understand it is under maintenance today so I will have to claim it soon without a big streak and just a photo with the egg and pet I can't do it now but thank you for trying. Hello I am quite annoyed that this is taking so long pls sort out the servers or whatever it is because I cant log in it says error has occurred and when I was playing Roblox the chat in game was not loading it said service is shutting down than the whole Roblox game shut down I went to check the status.roblox.com it said major player drop and its still not sorted I really want to play the game so can you hurry up and fix the problem

I was banned for saying "I guess I'm a [censored] now" out of context Yesterday. Someone was spaming "FAC GOT FAC GOT FAC GOT FAC GOT FAC GOT FAC GOT" I was replying to that, right after that I was called "fatherless" and "worthless, " all because I am part of the LGBTQ+. This all took place in "LGBTQ+ Hangout" a game where people of the LGBTQ Community, like myself, can "Be themselves and not be hated for it" however, people join the servers to harass people who aren't straight. Which is why I'm banned now.

It's disgraceful. I have been playing Roblox every single day and night waiting for a new knife but this new knife has been sold out In minutes. I have been saving coins for a new knife and it's a s cond time I have missed it. it's not fair! What are you doing! It's bullying. Do you expect customers stay on Roblox 24/7 to make sure to get a new knife which we don't know when it goes on market? Is that's what you promoting? It's disgraceful !

We acknowledge freedom of expression, but I don't think there is any need to hurt others. I was so happy to see the flag of my country in a very creative game like roblox, but I was shocked to see the unpleasant pictures. Please delete photos that cause discomfort and dislike.

So i keep getting banned and next time it'll be a month, but it's not fair bc one time someone reported me for no reason just for fun and roblox took 2 seprate messages that happened half an hour away from each other. one was me saying 'boo' to my friend bc i joined their server and the other was me saying 'B' bc i was saying bbg as a joke (it's my humour). PLEASE stop banning me randomly for this stuff. it's unfair!

While I was at college and working my items were stolen off of my account.

I lost items worth 20, 064 robux which is equal to $250.80 USD.

This happened on the date of 5/13/20.

I have 2-Step Verification set up on my account and it was active prior to this happening.

I did not receive a text message to my phone and or an email notification for verification to sign in.

So whoever took the items bypassed roblox's 2-Step Verification security system and got into my account. Roblox is at fault.

I would appreciate receiving these items back to my inventory please. If the items are not retrievable I am fine with receiving the robux back to my account.

My account is secure, nobody accessed my gmail during the time of this happening and there are no sign in attempts.

If items are not retrievable then refund me with the exact robux amount they're worth. If not, refund my entire account for every usd purchase made.

I would like to lodge a report towards Roblox. It was really unpleasant and I was really dissappointed towards roblox community whom investigated the case where I was reported for hacking, while I was not hacking at all (do investigate). There were 2 kids who were in the same server as me, playing survive the killef. In the game, I managed to kill all. With that, they were accusing me for hacking. Therefore, both of them reported me. Unfortunately, I dont know how the procedure works, how the investigation were made, I received warning from Roblox. I was really dissappointed with roblox community which I feel that had failed to investigate the case profesionally. I hate to receive warnings over fake complaints/false report. The community/moderator did not investigate the case properly as it stated the reason for my warning was 'scamming' while I do not even scam/hack. If roblox community keep giving warning to an innocent user over fake complaint/false report, it does not making any sense at all. Bully cases will keep increasing in the game and everyone will only care about reporting whoever they want without any reason! It is unfair. There will be possibility for me to get banned after receive the 'false' warning even I did not nothing illegal. Please assist me where I should rise this issue ahead if further actions are not be taken. Thank you.

When im playing the game and i press a note teh points are going to negative, its happening on my ipad or my computer, but my friends are playing normal and i'd like to know how to fix that issue. Other things on the game are working fine since i know, can somebody help me to find a soultion for that ? I'd like to tell it was working fine kind of months ago
