My credit card got hacked with an apple.com/billing and I reported it. I didn't realize that my son had a few apple.com/billing charges, and I accidentally reported them along with the others. Roblox terminated my son's account with no warning. He had over $5K of items that he had spent years buying and building up. He's lost his whole network of friends as well. We contacted support and they said once an account is terminated, there is nothing they can do. What BS! I work in software and I know they never delete anything. What a piece of s**t company!

I was editing in ROBLOX and learning to develop. In that process I downloaded several uncopylocked experiences from the ROBLOX website. One of these experiences had hidden sexual content, whether through malicious code or it being in the original I don't know. This was downloaded from ROBLOX and uploaded to test coding on. It was clearly in no format that I could see. I did not modify it's content aside from connecting a teleport node and deleting then restoring a GUIpanel in one case. I still have the files I downloaded on my computer The communication regarding the matter is all in the ticket, however the appeals staff chose not to return my account despite sufficient information. Hiding behind obscurities of their user agreement. I am now developing in the core engine as it has better resources and what would appear to be more balanced design to prevent developers hitting such pitfalls in the learning process. Communication overall was poor and evasive.

I believe the experience in question was one of the three.

So why do you let people hack? Even when I send a vid clip and snaps?

So you want us not to say word when a over 20 player hacks us? When I write to your slow, napping, I don't care and there is nothing we will do to help you customer service as long as roblox is raking in the cash?

Do you realize what is going on in these game? They adults who troll a child and bully them? Do you even care? Why do other platforms have anti-cheat and roblox does not have it? You can't be this cheap! You need more lawsuits for roblox and when they really lose money and the high upper lose there hefty bonuses then I pray we will see a change... I will be start a fb page with all the bullies and email and replys I get from roblox. We all need to fight this, roblox doesn't give a dam

So Im tryna play bloxfruits and one thing to do is pvp right so im pvping and some people join. this dudes display name is sam i dont know his roblox name but anyways i was pvping cause thats what i like to do and sam comes along and i K***ed him so he gets so mad at me that he start spitting racial slurs and says that my family should have had an abortion so any ordinary person would have took that personally and started calling him gay and something else so i knew i shouldnt have went that far so i just left and when i join back a couple mins later im banned for a day and what for calling him gay when he started it by saying all that bad stuff and him probably still playing the game without consequences. Like this is what makes me mad when the person doing the bad thing doesnt get banned and the one who really didnt mean it but had to say something gets banned is just not right like come on be better roblox.

While my son was asleep, next to me, two purchases occured for similar items in the same game (one unlimited funds, one 2x earning in a tycoon). Who would knowingly do that anyway -2x when you have unlimited already? Son gets on later and comes to my crying and wondering how it happened. After more than a week of back in forth with whoever is responding and not reading my original issue - said they could not do anything - no sign of hacking. Oddly enough, I got an automated email before they sent that message where the email asks to change password (a request). Son wasn't even on a computer - which leads me to believe a hacking attempt with someone trying to login. I responded (every time) asking them to provide me with anyway my son could buy something while asleep (5:30 AM is when the purchase was made) and be so upset when he sees the purchase and them say it might not be hacking. NO RESPONSE to that statement. My ask was to just add around 17USD back to his account (he actually has more in there than that). But their bad decision making and customer support, not good for Roblox stock holders or customers, means my family will no longer buy robux. Not sure how they think that is a smart business decision.

Well whenever I try to log into my account theres a verification, and when I try to change my password there is a verification. I know u guys are just protecting the game for hackers and stuff but when I do the dice I do 1-20 bc it says 1-10 then 1-20 which annoys me when I count they all correct it says I did it wrong, so I do the voice thing and put the number for the crowd of people that dosent work and if it dosent get fixed im going to sue roblox for this bc I cant log into my account because of ur dumb verification and im not trying to be rude its just that it annoys me so im gonna tell you guys that if it dosent get fixed im gonna sue you.

My roblox account is not getting logged in. It is kicking me out of the game suddenly, and now it is telling me to log in. I forgot my password and it is not showing me the option of forgot password or username. I play on a pc. I hope this is also helpful to other users. But roblox is the best game i have ever played.

My Daughter 8 years old was able to enter the next day and purchase what she wanted 19 times.

ROBLOX have now taken all current 89000 RUBUX and then closed account. They have not informed me of this or returned money. The closing of account is a punishment but the previous historic purchases amounting to probably £100 has effectively also been taken.

I am not disappointed my daughters account has been shut down on this [censored] money grubbing program but restitution of money taken is required to me.

i saw on my credit card when i had to do monthly repayment & saw 2 deductions for $159.99, it was austrlian time so about 9pm or so was start of June! so i go on enquiry , do? unauthorised purchased. . i put one in to google as well,. i ring bank the next day,they say bank took 159.99 twice instead of once.. tell google. google closes case. resolved 8. tell roblox ,say they wont unblock my users?again its resolved can you unblock ,,, there is no issue it is resolved... roblox no?

I have tried to complain to Roblox about thing going on different sights. I never seem to get a response and when I do it’s read this article or that one. I’m done playing this game and was considering selling my account but decided to just give it away to someone who needs it. I have bloxburg and so much inventory please enjoy all. I was requesting a support to help me because my account got hacked which they sell my all limiteds for cheap price and lost 10k robux for it and its been 3 days ago I did not do anything that can hacked my account and also I secured my account with pin, 2step verification, authentication and off privacy so idk why my account information and pass was leaked and did not triggered the fcking security verification and its been 3 days ago customer support still a robot and even my request was on the que and already receive nothing happens until the fcking hacker got their pending robux which is this support system are sucks!

My friend, user sandramccrmck4 was banned for telling someone who called her fat n a monkey and was also assuming stuff that she was gonna report them, and hundreds of thousands of people are getting banned from the Kohls admin thing as well, This is basically what happened, they were playing murder mystery 2 and someone was fat shaming and assuming stuff my friend literally typed ''Fat shaming and assuming? nice report for u.'' and it even says that on her ban report n she got banned for a day for apparently harassing them? My account was hacked last week and I have had multiple tickets with automated messages, and the original ticket from a week ago has had two "human" (could be automated also) responses. One response told me that they had trouble finding my account and to respond with the account username I need help with. The next one, two days later, said I had to verify ownership by either resetting the password, which the hacker changed the email connected to the account so I cannot change the password, or to make ANOTHER ticket with the email registered to the hacked account (which I can't access since it is the hackers email). Roblox customer service is terrible, below 0 stars so far, and even when I emailed the "human" reply, they have not responded in almost another day. This is getting ridiculous and I would love to actually speak, preferably over the phone, to a human being and not an automated response or robot, which would significantly reduce the time that I could get my account back in. 3 of my kids love to play pop it trading on Roblox. Specifically my daughter. To start this off, she invests a lot if time and energy in this game to buy (using robux) and trade so that she can get the rare items in the game. She had so many different hard to find and NFT (what they call it on the game) items and was trying to get the rarest item, the banana. She finally got the banana, and as she was playing today, July 21st, she was "reaped" which takes away all of the items that she has bought and traded for, and also takes away all the money she had earned. This has happened to her before, and we didn't think anything about it, but having the EXACT SAME THING happen to her for a SECOND time, is RIDICULOUS. We have spent a lot of money in robux on this game just to have it all taken away as soon as she achieves the ultimate item (the banana) and sells it and has more money than she has ever had on the game. It took SO MUCH TIME to accomplish this. And so much money. Just like the last time, not even an hour after getting the banana, all of her hard to get items and money was wiped away. I find this to be ridiculous! She cried and cried when it happened because of all the time and energy she has put into this game only for it to be taken away so quickly. I do not understand why you should be able to be reaped as soon as you get the banana. It is crazy. I will not spend one more dollar on robux towards this game. I will not support it ever again!

Hello, I came to a donation game and a friend of mine donated 1$. However, when I my Robux pending (Baring in mine I already had 9$ pending) it came up with still 9$. I reloaded and reloaded the page multiple times but it still came up with 9$. And the donation game was called PLS DONATE

The issue begun when they 've decided to terminated my son's account without providing a decent explanation and by ignoring the emails I've sent through my (parent's) gmail account. They failed to promptly providing the reasons caused the termination of a VIP account even we 've spend money and energy on the game.

I've asked them how can we can cancel the VIP membership due to the termination (could'nt do it via the site) and they never responded (automated responses only), so I had to cancel it through paypal and claim the current month's money back. Then, they terminated my other son's account. Really? The game is for kids. They are sensitive and investing big time and energy and for what? Roblox staff's lack of empathy is gross.

I used my Microsoft reward to get my granddaughter 200 Robux gift card. We tried to add it with the PIN and kept getting an error code. After a few days we tried again, and it said that it had already been redeemed. It never showed on my granddaughter's account. I exchanged numerous emails with Roblox, and they refused to give us a new pin and kept saying it showed up that she got the points when she did not. They are nothing but scammers and they are fast to take your money but WILL NOT HONOR anything if it doesn't work on your account. Getting rich from stealing from parents and kids pathetic.

So I got to a certain age where I'm supposed to have voice chat but it said I need verification so I did it and it asked for my email and ID card to make sure I'm older the age I am older. So I am 13 years old and just to get voice chat I Need a ID card? The real question is how am I suppose to get an ID card at the age of 13? Since I have a tablet I have no phone to help so please help and one more thimg. What am I going to do if you don't help me though so please help me with this situation.

Today (wednesday june 22) I was playing roblox jailbreak trying to rob the casino the elevator kept on glitching on me and got stuck and I died. Got into my car to cruise around the city kept hitting invisible bumps and flew back 50ft roads are impossible to drive on. Every time I play as criminal or police everyone uses speed hacks and flying car hacks etc... Game impossible to play because of the hacks plz put anti hack systems.

I bought a digital gift card sent to the email [protected]@gmail.com. I waiting for it to come in but then there was and error and I was told that my money has been refunded. I tried again but my card told me that I had no money left. It was $20 gift card and my money still hasn't been given back. Please help.
