The login is horrible my dad deleted it and when I got it back I couldn't log back in I wrote down my password and asked my friend to look at my username and I tried to log in but it wouldn't work, and this isn't the first time so please fix this

Can a filter be put on online games like Clash of Clan, Minecraft, Roblox and many more online games where kids do not play any game more than 4 to 6 hours in a day and block ID's that use a abusive and filthy the language used so game developers should be able ton detect the ISP address to ensure the filters are secure as atimes fake ID's are also getting created to avoid easy detection. As many kids a losing focus on their studies and behaving violent.

Below are details of my two sons using ID and I want to limit their usage as they are of late neglecting their studies sitting late night after 12.00 am Indian time and becoming violent.

I have unauthorized charges on multiple credit cards accounts that add up over 1000 dollars. And have left voice mails and emails and have received no response what so ever of any kind. I find this very unpleasant and unprofessional. Experience the hit from this pandemic then finding out im being charged over 1000s of dollars that are continually recurring without this site even having my information is very disappointing and disturbing. I feel like this site needs to be shut down and investigated.

Roblox is a complete scam of a site. How is it not shut down yet? I am going to make it my personal mission to it shut it down! The fact that kids are spending their hard earned real money in your game just to get scammed for so many of their purchases is beyond unacceptable. Your entire site is a complete scam! You are robbing these poor kids who are losing purchases in your game while you sit back and reap the benefits. You should be ashamed, embarrassed and disgusted by your own game. It baffles me that this game has lasted this long.

I am disgusted at the lack of customer service at roblox. My kids has been begging me for premium membership and I broke down and got her signed up early for her 9th birthday days away. She finally designed a few tshirts last night I looked at them all there was nothing I saw inappropriate. This morning my kid is crying and sick upset because she has been banned for three days. I go through the report form as well as try and call the phone number. The phone number merely got me an voicemail left and a message that said the ususal "covid" so we arent answering. The email asked me to fill out the same form I used as before the same way and suggested I provide the file name and attach the file in question if possible. "how" am I supposed to know what file roblox deemed noncompliant with their guidelines? There were numerous thsirts uploaded and nowhere in their banned screen does it say specifically what file their issue was. I called their phone billing support number at 855 and their phone says press 1 for under 18 and 2 for aduts and card holders. I tried 2 and was hungup on after a recorded message that said this if for billing only so then I tried option 1 and it said I wasnt old enough and hung up. I tired 2 again and after five tries if finally did not hang up on me and I got some guy that cancelled the premium membership and I said I was having issues with password and he said he could provide me a link to help with that which I never received. By the way I was also emailed that I could go into the locked account and cancel her premium membership that way and I could not it was locked banned until 9/24. So I have no reply no reason given as to why my kids account was lockedbanned and they just keep telling me to use the online report form?

I went to treat my son with a roblox outfit, but when we went to purchase it asked for the password, we don't remember it.
So I emailed customer support and they basically said to delete the account as they will not remind us of the password since we didn't set an email address. It never asked for an email address (I opened another account on the xbox to see where we went wrong but it never asks for an email
We have full access to the account so they could figure a way to verify us, but they are rude and unhelpful.
My son has hundreds of hours in this game.. I'm shocked they expect to just delete and start over.

I contacted customer service. After waiting a week to hear from them, they tell me that they need a copy of receipt when game was first downloaded. I gave this to them, only to get a standard email back saying that I had not complied with their request. Finally after logging a complaint against them someone contacted me to tell me that they are sorry but had asked me for the wrong item. So I quickly send them what they asked for, only to get another email saying that I had not complied with their request. My advice is make sure that you have your account sent up with a parents email. The game allows kids to send up an account without this, only to find out that there is no way to reset or request your password. Poof all that money you spent gone. Quite a scam they have going here.

I have been playing roblox for years and this recently happened but I still have membership being paid for and NOT receiving ANY robux. I need 15 robux a week and I haven't received any for the past 2 weeks. I'm stuck on 81 robux, and I want to buy an gamepass for 100 robux. I asked if it was still being paid for and it is. So I was wondering why I didn't receive any robux at all, so please fix this!

Roblox Studio cannot connect to the server, so i can't continue creating my game. this is most annoying it has been happening for two days now, and it's not the internet connection ether, one of my other developers has been having the same issue, so please fix this soon, if it is not resolved soon-ish, then i may just start programming else where. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!

I had some fraudulent charges that I inquired about. They said no hackers can get to the account. Then they say they can't verify me because there was no email associated with the account. That didn't stop them from letting me purchase robux. All the sudden I am unable to login to my account. Never had any issues until I filed a claim which they denied. I'm only asking tj have my account I locked so we don't lose all the legitimate purchases. This is very disappointing. I feel like they have stolen from my 9 year old because she saves money to buy robux. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I put in a 15 dollar roblox card and only received ten dollars from them... Which means they stole 5 dollars off that card. I just paid for the 9.99 800 robux piece and put in the 15 dollar card which left me a balance of 1 cent and not 5 dollars and 1 cent. Why is roblox becoming so hard to deal with? Why do they not have reasonable customer service? Why are their staff getting corrupted? Had enough of this site and am now going to fight to have this site banned forever from the internet.

My daughter's Roblox acount was hacked by a Roblox designer. I've emailed and called Roblox multiple times and haven't received a response. Not only are they non-responsive but they have a handful of games that promote gangs and gang violence.

If used appropriately and under adult supervison, the game can be a pleasant experience. However, this experience with this hacker (username: unreleasedyeezy) has convinced me that Roblox is not a safe space neither are they responsive or responsible.

yeah so I was playing roblox highschool 2 and there was a "flying reindeer" that was available for about 250 robux because I didn't see how much it was because I didn't want it if it had to do with robux so I exited and I was clicking for my "daily reward" thingy and it clicked on the reindeer so i'd like to get a refund because I really don't want it and i'd like my robux instead thanks and happy holidays to you guys at the office

Yes 150 dollars was made from my paypal I did not authorize or approve this. Don't know how they had my paypal information linked to Roblox. 4 charges of 115 dollars. Now bank is negative and each charge that bounced extra 30 dollars. Roblox won't reply or answer. I don't think kids should be able to purchase like that. When I purchase 5 dollars for allowances for her then the bank ask me to verify everytime to sign in to bank and show the dollar amount. It did not do that she was able to log in use my PayPal which wasn't on file weird purchase 2 49.99 purchase and 10 and 5. I need that money back as a child shouldn't be able to make game purchases when under 18 .

Hello roblox, I have been seeing alot of hackers lately, you havent been banning these playing and its getting on my nerves now, I cant have fun on my favourite game because of these stupid hackers, can you please ban all of these playing, it would be amazing help, thats all I would like in the system, a ban detector. A ban detector would look at all the reports and view what the player is doing. This way, any report of a hacker will be detected and will be banned instantly

I have emailed your customer support about 20 times in the last week. My daughter got locked out of her account (or hacked?). Your customer support helped me to get the account back up and running. After that her account was running for less than 24 hours and then she was locked out again. I had changed the password, initiated 2 step verification and an adult pin for the settings. After another 24 hours of her account working, she was locked out again. I sent about 10 emails with your "support" and kept getting a generic cut and paste answer of changing password, enable 2SV etc etc. So this time I formatted my daughters Ipad, changed my Apple ID password, changed my email password, changed her Roblox password again and enabled 2SV and adult pin for settings. With in 24 hours she was locked out of her account. So what is going on? It would be impossible for her to be hacked! No way in the world that could happen. Your support doesnt answer the question or try to resolve my issue. I have spent a lot of money on this stuff for my daughter. Its shocking how I am being treated.
