The Cop team is unfair, the Arrest range is OP, it's way too long and the forcefield generator makes it too easy for cops to camp because it negates ALL damage and regenerates their HP, the game is unbalanced, the cops can arrest from almost 4 studs and they are able to camp very easily because of the forcefield generator, since they can tase and shoot from inside the forcefield

Hi I been playing Those Who Remain on Roblox for a while now and for some reason the game has just started freezing on me on certain waves it has never done this to me be for but now all of a sudden it's just freezing on me. I really enjoy playing it but I can't play the game if its going to continue to freez on me so I'm asking if u guys can look into it for me :( please.

My daughter has an account with Roblox, we no longer require the account, I have asked Roblox to delete the account but they refused and asked for my personal information.

My daughter's account is registered under my email, my email also has my full name, for privacy I will not provide Roblox with additional information as I believe what they have is sufficient in order to delete the account. This is the ticket number for the email I sent them [protected]. I simply want them to delete the account and stop making it very difficult for kids to be able to delete their account.

I am getting tried of hacking being able to bypass my password bypass two-step verification and a pen numbers stealing all of my limited items which can be sold in that game and turn into real money I been hacked 2 time the first time I got email say that I took my 2-step Verification off I didn't not but the email didn't not let me say this was me and I was looked out of my account I tried contacting Roblox got an email from Roblox found out that that was actually a hacker that end up stealing all my limited items roblox did a rolling back the second time I got hacked was having a conversation on Discord and all my limited where taken again bypassing everything and roblox is refusing to do other roll and it's not giving me my items back and stop answer my email and phone call to answer my questions on how someone could bypass somebody's password bypass a 2-step Verification and a pen number I am upset because there system is not keeping my account safe and I believe I should get my items back is was worth 2.8 million roubx that could be turnd into real money that is in the thousands of dollars and that is a lot a want my items back or a refund of what I lost can you please help my users name on roblox is XXTURTLEGIRLXX1985

My child has been banned for 7 days on Roblox for telling a girl she was black facing?

What black means is when someone is WHITE and is acting black. I would suggested you read the chat you have banned the wrong person.!

The girls out of game avatar was white and was changed to black as she approached my child. And ran around her avatar bullying teasing her after her face was changed, we report her also for bullying, how is it wrong to call her out against racism.

My child is black I am black as her mother which means her Avatar is black. In and out of the game.

I have spend hundreds of pounds on this game for her YouTube account where she makes videos and has her face on her channel as a black child.. I am absolutely vilvid right now..

Roblox have stated they will not be unlocking my child's account

I will not accept that she has a banned and I will be taking it Futher. if they need proof of our ethnicity I will be definitely happy to help.

It started off when I tried to login to my Roblox account after about a year without touching it. I thought I remembered my password as I DID not change it at all since the beginning. I couldn't login and thought that I had forgotten my password. I then clicked forgotten password and followed the instructions there. Unfortunately, I did NOT receive any sort of emails or messages regarding my loss of password. Thus, I went on and contacted ROBLOX customer support. After contacting them and waiting for a DAY, they finally replied with some sort of weird email saying that I should have received a code and that I should check ALL my inboxes for a code from a automatic no-reply bot email. HA very funny right? Of course I did check everything even my OTHER email addresses for the code but there's NOTHING. I then replied back that I had NOT received anything other than that stupid no-brainer email. I then waited for ANOTHER day. There was nothing new in my inbox the next and following day. EVEN WORSE, this was actually NOT the first time contacting ROBLOX about this issue. I had actually contacted them a few weeks ago. Same reason as I had tried to login but I couldn't and gave up then and tried again the day before. They just sent me the same retarded [censored] as before?! What is wrong with the ROBLOX staff? I swear they are here just to grab money off children spending on robux and enjoying life as if none of their business. Because of this I'm NEVER buying anything or even gonna play this stupid [censored] game EVER because of this incident.

I am a parent, of a child who plays Roblox a lot. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the game. Now they are including ads. She has spent nearly a year playing it, without ads, and now it is continually being interrupted with ads. I completely understand the need for ads in the free aps, as I play a few of these lesser known games myself for recreation. But, since I literally spend hundreds and hundreds on the roblox redeemer cards, I would expect the game to be ad free. Thank you for your time.

Immediately remove this awful game series. As an adult I am disturbed and haunted by the design, murderous theme, decaying corpses, sound effects. My teen found this game and is also traumatized by its design. They hybrid animals are scary and sad. This one has no place in the kid friendly gaming category you put your company in. Why not make a separate Roblox account for adults only. These should not be available to anyone under 18.

Paid membership since March 7 and April 7 2021 but never receive any robux under ID name curry_god09 and I would like to request for a full refund for March and April 2021 fees.

I want to complain about one feature the catalog has, when you buy something but it gets removed my Robux went poof. I do not like my Robux, which is my real money to go to waste. It is not fair as it is a scam, and lots of little kids play this, some not as rich as the others so it would be a waste of their money. There are no more fun Pokémon games please for the love of god bring back Pokémon brick bronze. I'm fine with deleting duplicates it was the best game on Roblox it's the only game I played. A month or so after it was taken down I didn't play Roblox because it was boring I mean ya we have loomian Legacy now but Pokémon brick bronze was a lot better. A copy of Pokémon brick bronze come up and has at least 500 people playing so plz bring it back.

I've been banned from Roblox and they've got the wrong person. I've been banned for 7 days over something that I only said to mock someone who was racist. A person in my game was being racist to someone with a dark skinned avatar. Saying, "ew you're black" "you're racist because you're black". I went over to the racist person, and mocked them by saying "you're racist because you're black" and then saying lol afterwards. I was imitating him, I was never racist. It happened 02/1/2021. My phone number is [protected]. I'm hoping you can look into this so I can be unbanned.

I have attempted to contact Roblox continuously about my 10 year old daughters account being hacked and having some of her in-game items stolen, I filled out the form on their website and have been dealing with someone by the name Elena from their customer service.

The level of service, or lack there of, that I have received from her is absolutely appalling. I have followed her instructions about re-securing my daughters Roblox account and have put in place additional security measures such as changing the password on the account and having a 2 step verification on the account along with a parent pin. I have taken screen shots from within the game in the "trade" window to show what was stolen from my daughter and by whom, as requested by Elena. She failed to address my issue and keeps giving me the run around and dodging to fix my issue and restore what was stolen from my daughters account, it states on their website and within my email that they can offer a 1 time reinstatement of stolen in-game items, this is my first time and she will not help. All she keeps doing is disabling my daughters account and tells us to change the password etc and send screen shots, I've done this multiple times!

I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game and I get nothing but appalling customer service from their inept employees.

I don't know their address for the company as it is American and I'm in Australia.
