Rite Aid review: Customer service

Date of incident was the 26th of January 2024 went into rite aid to pick up my prescription that was just prescribed to me 2 days before and was told I didn’t have any refills left when I wasn’t looking to refill anything due to it being a brand new script, but she kept insisting to me it was a refill I don’t know if she wasn’t comprehending or what then she puts her hands up at me and says I’m not dealing with her somebody can deal with her just cause she wasn’t understanding what I was trying to tell her and to make matters worse the people running the pharmacy didn’t even intervene or say anything to her or pull her to the side to let her know that’s no way to conduct business or treat customers working in a pharmacy u have sick people going in and out plus a line of 10 people that was behind me that heard everything that was said it was a short Spanish lady she’s been there for quite a little bit now I have been going to this rite aid for 10 years now and I love it but sometimes you have these employees that don’t know what customer service is never ever put your hands up and say your not dealing with a customer to there face cause that sure isn’t customer service if she doesn’t like working with customers or can’t deal with it then she should quit rite aid in Reading pa, North 6th street 19601
