Rite Aid review: Appointment for my shots

I scheduled my appointment for Monday, November 12, 2023, 12:20 pm. I arrived at 12:05 pm to check in. The young lady with the jazzy personality, busy talking, and made me wait while she finished asked my name and DOB. I gave them to her, she in turned handed me a clipboard and some forms. I told the young lady I filled those forms out online. She asked me with a very snarky tone, you said DOB 08.17.1957. I responded to her the same way. that's what I said. I showed her my computer print-off. she looked again, then asked who I believe is the pharmacist, told her that yeah she may have but explain to her she needs to fill them out again. When the young lady returned with that clip board and forms, I told her I was not filling them out again and I left. My point is. If I had plenty of time, I would have been a walk-in and not done that not so short process on line. If they cant get the website info right, they are not putting drugs in my system or jabbing me with a needle.
