Rise Broadband – terrible service then sudden $40 monthly price hike

The service man came & installed a new antenna on my roof & said that I would need a new router to continue to have service, It took them 10 days to get a new router to me, with no service! Now, I have all kinds of issues with it not working properly. The customer service lines take way over 30 minutes to connect you to someone that has no knowledge at all! They say we'll send out a service man for 75 dollars to fix what they caused! What!

Then without any advance notice they just increased my charges by 40 dollars a month without any advanced notice..."Miffed" & looking for other options to a disappointing experience with them.
