I have spent over 2.5 hours on the phone today (17th December) trying to get a return label for an item I wish to return. For some reason my email address was wrong and your agents refuse to change it. As a result I can’t get a return label. Your agents are extremely unhelpful and lack knowledge and are very difficult to understand which doesn’t help the situation. In this day and age of modern technology your company is way behind if you’re unable to change an email address. I will never use your company again and I never did receive a return label which means I’m £50 out of pocket. Poor show Ring, considering the amount of money you receive money from me every year. Obviously that’s your priority and not your customers
