Ring review: Blurry flood light/camera

have a ring flood camera that's maybe five years old, now they are an outdoor camera and the picture is all blurry and they say due to condensation, I would think they would be built to a stand weather so they don't get condensation, they did not want to work with me and giving me any kind of discounts, told me I could buy a new one and I have three other ring cameras, I asked to speak to a supervisor they said One would call me within 15 minutes and it's been an hour. I'm not hopeful. I don't feel like they resolve my issue or care about customer satisfaction, which is sad. So now I have to buy a whole new flight camera. Thanks a lot during customer service.
