We have had Ring cameras for maybe 5 years. In the beginning they seemed to work fine. Then we moved and that is when all the problems started. When we moved we took our cameras with us and after HOURS and HOURS of work they finally worked. We were only at that address for a year and had to sell the house when my husband passed away. We left those cameras and moved to Michigan where we bought 2 new cameras. At first they worked but then my Internet went out and xfinity changed the password. Nothing has worked since. The cameras are mounted on top of the garage and I am 79 and they want me to climb a ladder to get the serial numbers. I told them I cannot do that and didn't they have the serial numbers. She said yes but she wanted to check to see if they were the same ones. This is crazy. If you have the serial numbers then you have them. Bottom line, neither of the cameras work. At all. The money is wasted. I paid for the monitoring a year in advance so that money is gone too. I promise you I will never buy another Ring camera as long as I live. In addition, I could not understand the agent due to her accent. I will never recommend Ring to anyone.
