Poor customer Service
I ordered three gifts for Diwali from this website for US delivery. After ordering, I immediately spoke to customer representative for modifying one order out of the set as the person I was sending had allergy on the items involved. The customer representative named Jeff Comstock asked me to provide the exchange item. I spend time coordinating with him and gave him the details within the same amount. However, at the end the old order was delivered and there was no response from Jeff Comstock after continuous follow up. All this guy cared was money and no respect for the time I spend coordinating with him or an apology for not being able to deliver the order as per agreement. I feel waste of money and my time dealing with this website and service!
Recommendation: Don't ever order from this website - poorest of all customer service plus the prices are expensive as well - the quality is not worth the price you pay for it.

This website called EGifts Portal is a total scam, I swear! They took all my money, but guess what? My order never even got placed! Can you believe it? They tried to cover up their tracks by creating a fake ticket, but there's no sign of any progress or assurance whatsoever. It's been a whole week now, and my money still hasn't found its way back to me. I feel like such a fool for trusting these guys. Eii or EGiftPortal, whatever they call themselves, they've completely ripped me off.
I feel who have five start that all fake profile they are bloody [censored] gonna take action soon I ordered haldiram four box and paid 75 pound for delivered Calgary and they send just one even local small box after I m asking for update hell with service
