After ordering, I immediately spoke to customer representative for modifying one order out of the set as the person I was sending had allergy on the items involved. The customer representative named Jeff Comstock asked me to provide the exchange item. I spend time coordinating with him and gave him the details within the same amount. However, at the end the old order was delivered and there was no response from Jeff Comstock after continuous follow up. All this guy cared was money and no respect for the time I spend coordinating with him or an apology for not being able to deliver the order as per agreement. I feel waste of money and my time dealing with this website and service!
