This is relation to my recent travel by Air Asia from Jakarta to Langkawi booked from Ease my trip. I received stroller with missing legs and wheels and broken back support. It was acknowledged by Air Asia and they provided me a PIR and also later co-ordinated on emails for Pics and other details. Later on they declined to process my Claim as they said it...

EaseMyTrip Frud in booking system - Cheeting

EasemyTrip-plainly dishonest to advertise a 35 kg baggage allowance when, after you've paid, it will drop to zero with no way to choose the appropriate baggage option.Due to the terrible site design, I lost 50000 /-

As per the attached screen shots from the Airlines, it's clear that I suppose to get a free baggage allowance of 35 kg for each person. After paying the full amount it is showing zero baggage. In between airlines never shown that my baggage reduced to zero or price has dropped or increased w.r.t first page.

For same flight- Vendoe sight is giving 35kgs baggage allowance with same price e. Easemytrip cheating clients openly. Please do the needful.

Desired outcome: 35 kgs allowance should be provided before I travel, else compensate luggage price.

'Easemytrip' is a worst booking agency of India.Mis-managed company.Involved in fraudulent activities to cheat their customers.Un-professional, irresponsible and negligent staff.Inhuman behaviour of their senior executives for their customers.Infected roots of this company at it's senior level.Never interested to resolve long pending issues. My fund over one lac stucked in this company. Never trust on this company. Escalated my complaint against this company at ministerial level/regulatory body.

Its name must be 'Confuseyourtrip'.
