Retro Fitness review: My name is Juan Carlos bustillo. I'm complaining about not been help right.

The monday 01/4/2021.. I work out in the facility at 1:30 pm and start to running, at 2pm I take off my running jacket and I left it on the running machine.. Then I forgot it.
The following day tuesday 5 I woke to the facility and ask a manager if it was found. The answer it was nothing it was left last night at the counter.. I asked if anything else they can do they said they'll see.. So a left my information.. Never call me back or something.. Yesterday.. So I ask another manager.. The answer it nothing again. They subject me do not leave anything there..
