ReservationDesk.com review: Hotel reservation

Reservationdesk.com is a dishonest company. I thought I was calling the University of Utah Guest House. I even asked if they were in the lobby at the front desk and she told me yes. They can't even make reservations for the University of Utah Guest House but told me no rooms were available. Then steered me to an Hampton Inn that they said was associated with the Guest, another lie. Then lied about the amount charging my credit card way to much. I'm trying to get my money back. I have a dispute in with the credit card company.
