I called this fraudulent company while I was driving late at night. A previous reservation I made fell through because they didn't have hot water. I was pressed to find somewhere to stay. When I initially called the rep. was friendly and helpful, she put me on hold and reached out on my behalf due to me being in the car. She returned to say she found me a room so I paid for the reservation on the phone and quickly received the confirmation information via text. I arrived to the hotel to find they didn't have anyone at the desk after midnight. I didn't even call this bogus bunch until it was after midnight. I have screen shots showing it was already after midnight when I called. The rep. didn't share any of this. When I arrived to check in and there wasn't a clerk to receive me, I immediately called these scammers back and was told they would have to look into this. I have provided screen shots of the times I spoke with someone and the text message, they will not give me a refund. I am owed a refund. The mistake wasn't mine. THEY need to take ownership to their mistake.
