I called this fraudulent company while I was driving late at night. A previous reservation I made fell through because they didn't have hot water. I was pressed to find somewhere to stay. When I initially called the rep. was friendly and helpful, she put me on hold and reached out on my behalf due to me being in the car. She returned to say she found me a room so I paid for the reservation on the phone and quickly received the confirmation information via text. I arrived to the hotel to find they didn't have anyone at the desk after midnight. I didn't even call this bogus bunch until it was after midnight. I have screen shots showing it was already after midnight when I called. The rep. didn't share any of this. When I arrived to check in and there wasn't a clerk to receive me, I immediately called these scammers back and was told they would have to look into this. I have provided screen shots of the times I spoke with someone and the text message, they will not give me a refund. I am owed a refund. The mistake wasn't mine. THEY need to take ownership to their mistake.

I thought I was calling the DAYS INN.I was asking questions and they kept putting me on hold and got back to me.A few times they did this.They wanted me to book it and I said I had to check with my partner but she said go ahead because I could cancel or change it as long as it was 3 days before I needed it. I got the confirmation but was not able to read it till a day later. When I saw they booked the wrong dates I called.They said I could not change date or cancel,I would have to pay.AND they charged me a 17.99 charge for booking it. I called the hotel and they could not change it either because it was booked through a third party!,So I ended up using the 2 correct dates and slept in the car on the night I needed.Beware.
