ReservationDesk.com review: The truth be told!

Reservationdesk.com booking agent lied! I inquired if there was free parking - he said yes! Nope... $39 a night. I inquired about cancelling my reservation if I was ill (I recently completed chemotherapy). I paid EXTRA for this option believing I had no worries as I was informed I would receive full refund if cancelled - another lie! They take your reservation, promise you anything, take your money and only then, they email you the booking confirmation AFTER they have your money where I saw they KEEP for any reason one nights pre-paid hotel reservation funds. I booked two nights/two rooms so I lost two nights hotel stays! They have continually played the game where I left negative reviews asking me to contact them to resolve this issue but refuse to do so privately. So, their response publicly looks like they care and want to make it right but they absolutely don't! Stay away from reservationdesk.com!
