ReservationDesk.com review: Scammed me

On the search page I looked up Days Inn.The reservation desk came up.I called and needed to ask questions before I booked. They kept putting me on hold.I got my answers finally.She asked me if I wanted to book it.I said I wanted to ask my partner first.She said I could cancel by 4 days prior to that date.This was a month before I needed it. I went ahead knowing that and booked it. They sent me email .I looked at it a few days letter and saw she had the wrong date on one night and had charged me a $17.99 booking fee which she never told me.She said she could not change it Then said I could not cancel it or I would have to pay it. I called the Days Inn directly only to find out they could not change it either as it was booked through a third party!.So I ended up staying the 2 correct nights and slept in the car for the one night they cheated me out of.So beware. I think the Days Inn should not let them book their rooms
