This is a dishonest company that robbed me of 5K - promised it could book 2 rooms - tells me after booking one that the 2nd is not available but coz its non-refundable they still charged me. This is straight up THEFT i am so angry - and the agents are cocky lying thieves! They wont give a copy of the call either coz they know they are wrong ... DO NOT USE
Oh and the kicker ... they actually book you thru priceline!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES
We needed 2 rooms - agent said they needed to be booked one at a time and both were available - booked one and then he was unable to book the other - my card was charged $4,990.00 - they stole money - this is a really bad company and I will go on EVERY complaint board to sound the alarm. They robbed us! Couldn't even cancel 1 min after the agent booked it ... They refuse to send us the call transcript and do not answer emails ... corrupt company - DO NOT USE
