ReservationDesk.com review: Do not book with this company ever

Their policy specifically says nonrefundable for cancellations or no shows. I inadvertently selected the wrong date - one minute later, I tried to correct it and was told no corrections - cancel and pay in full. I tried to call the company, and the person who answered the phone was arrogant and rude. I asked to speak with a manager and was told someone would call me back in 25 minutes. The call went straight to my voicemail, telling me they could not do anything and to cancel and pay. This deserves 0 stars! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY EVER.
