ReservationDesk.com review: 3rd party scam

I used reservation desk to book a night at the Fairfield inn, New Buffalo, Michigan. they booked the month before the wedding. I called today March 20, 2026. they said nothing we can do. it's non-refundable. I didn't ask for a refund. Just changed the date. They would not. Always call the hotel. RESERVATIN DESK is just another scam to the people. Reservation Desk made my reservation. Still wouldn't help. Horrible customer service.
