I signed up for a washer and dryer. When I signed up I was supposed to be put on bi-weekly payments and they put me on weekly therefore causing me to always seem to be behind when I wasn't. I was supposed to get new products and I actually got a used dryer. I have asked them to work the payments out with me to be able to maybe defer a payment so that it would catch me back on track. I want to do business with this company but they're making it extremely hard. The location at 2009 North Broadway Knoxville Tennessee are so rude when you try to express issues that they make up every excuse possible why it's our fault and not anything they can do about it.
