Renewal by Andersen review: Sub contractors

rba didn't tell homeowner when asked that they use sub contractors on the day of signing contact no 1 from rba was at my house to to examine work performed sub contractor did not spray foam to fill cavity around windows they said it was foamed from outside leaving a 3 inch cavity empty its been 4 months 2 appts with rba and they did nothing except offering excuses they guarantee installation it means nothing when they cover for the sub contractor. the windows were measured wrong only allowing 1/8th inch clearance around window instead of 1/4 inch on both sides its been 4 months of headaches there window handle to open an close is worthless making it too difficult to close window
