I sent over 30 pictures and 6 videos Jordan took 2 pictures. Now I’m being given the run around and passed from one department/person to another. EXACTLY what RBA said WOULDN’T HAPPEN.
NOW $37,000 and faulty install, products, damage to home and no contact by The Birner Group-Renewal by Anderson. I am filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and my credit card company as this is fraud. And the Military and Veterans Rights for scam and bait and switch.
