Renewal by Andersen review: Purchased six windows and no handlers to open them

In November 2021, I purchased six side by side windows. The installation was completed in March 2022. In May 2022, I noticed that I could not open the windows unless I use my bare hands on the windows pang. In doing so it is very hard to slide the windows open.

I contacted Renewal by Anderson and asked why there were no handler for me to open the windows. I was told that if I wanted some gliders, it would cost me close to $300.

It seems as if I was sold a product that was not complete. How would one expect to open windows with bare hands on the windows pang?

I would have never purchased the windows had I known there were not handlers to open the windows.
