Rehlat review: Tickets not received

I have booked flight tickets for my parents' UAE visit using the www.rehlat.ae website on 28/08/2023, (booking ID- 2064005, airline PNR- 5G99RY) however they deducted the money from my bank immediately (2030.31aed)but they didn't issue confirmation ticket, on 2/9/2023 they're sending mail that my ticket is not confirmed due to seats being sold out. with reference to that email I called the customer service why you took 6days to inform that my book got canceled, they merely said I should follow up with them for issuing the ticket, they typically send confirmation emails within two to three days,even the next day i was updating the passenger contact details on airline website using the given PNR my Rehlat, they missed to pay the airline within given time!

now the ticket prices for the same date have increased! They are not accepting liability for this! They will simply refund the ticket price, that too 20 workiday to credit on my account!
