Rehlat review: Spirit Tickets: Spirit canceled flight # NK3120 on June 27/2023 Booking ID:55682

Since June 27, SPIRIT flight was canceled and left us with no choice but to return my money. I made the reservation through REHLAT and everything that Spirit has communicated, in addition to the refund of my payment, has been done through REHLAT and now Rehlat have it on hold.

I did not receive any solution. I called several times to Rehlat and they told me to send the refund voucher. Request by phone # 1186084

I am waiting a long time for this refund that Rehlat has in their account.

SPIRIT flight was canceled and left us with no choice but to return my money and now you have it on hold.

The Booking ID 55682 that I paid to REHLAT $421.22 on june 24/2023.

On August 8/ 2023 I received this response:

Dear Guest,

Thank you for contacting the Rehlat Support team.

As per your request, we have cancelled your ticket with 50.00 USD as a Service fee and processed it for a refund.

The refund amount of 371.22 USD will be processed within 20 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.

In case of any delay please send us an email for immediate action.

Two months later nothing happened.
