Rehlat review: Never issued refund

Hello,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your immediate assistance regarding a refund issue concerning a booking made by my son, Furkan Yayla, for a trip to Washington scheduled for 6/26/33.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my mother, Furkan’s grandmother, fell ill, and we had no choice but to cancel our travel plans. In adherence to your company’s policy, Furkan promptly canceled the tickets within 24 hours of the booking.

Since then, he has made numerous attempts to contact your customer support team in the hopes of obtaining a refund for the canceled tickets. However, despite his persistent efforts, a refund has not been issued.

Furkan’s booking ID for the company is 61664, and he has also contacted the airline directly, which confirmed that the refund was processed and should be issued by your company. Regrettably, we have yet to receive the refund from Rehlat.

I implore you to understand the importance of this refund to us. Furkan, being a dedicated college student, had saved diligently to make his grandmother’s first visit to the United States a memorable one. This unexpected turn of events has not only been emotionally taxing but has also placed a financial burden on him.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and your company’s policies, and we trust that this matter can be resolved amicably and promptly. We kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and the issuance of the refund that Furkan rightfully deserves.
