Regus and the staff erin, diana and verna are crooks, they still your personal items and support the theft of other crooks in the center to steal and back up anyone that is a low life like them. these girls that work with regus add money to your bill/invoice for service/something you didn't do or use and lie an say the billing department did it, so I called and ask'd billing and they blame on manager of the regus center and with both on the phone together the lie erin and company says is caught, but to protect their image they will end the call and say we will remove charges, but next week watch out, charges back on you. regus is unproffesional and can't handle little problems and walk away from you when trying to work out false charges they add to your bill. they make you pay for free coffee that is almost never in stock and they are very rude when you have a problem to address. you pay for customer service but they have none to help because they are always on the phone doing something that has nothing to do with the center issues. Regus charges for EVERYthing and is very overpriced with under quality service. DO NOT LEASE/rent FROM ANY REGUS OFFICE.

I have been leasing my office space from Regus for many years and have to say the staff is top notch Erin, Diane, & Verna have all gone out of their way to accommodate myself, staff, and clients. I haven't noticed any unnecessary charges and the coffee is always full! This person must have other issues and if your thinking about leasing from Regus I can't speak for any of their other properties but Schaumburg has been by far the best experience I have had with a lease.
