Red Lobster review: Very poor, negligent server and manager at red Lobster, Munster Indiana

On 7/19/23 at approx 1:30pm today, waited for minimum of 20-25 minutes and our order was still not taken. We had our beverages and an appetizer. When our server finally came 20 minutes later after stopping and chatting with other tables, he asked if we were ready to order, I told him we were ready 15 minutes ago. We walked away and did not come back. I next spoke with the manager and explained the problem. I asked for our bill and told him we would get an entre elsewhere. He provided the bill. When I asked for the qiosk to leave comments and was told to use "google". We will never eat there again. The service at this store has gone down. He typically ate there min 2-3 times per month. No more.
