Red Lobster review: Red Lobster located on Preston Rd in Frisco, Texas

Yesterday, July 6, 2023, at about 1 pm, an elderly friend and I went for lunch at this restaurant for a small celebration. My friend is 77, a stroke victim who has difficulty walking and I am 80 and need a cane. We walked in. No one was there to seat us. A black woman was working behind the bar and ignored us. We saw no one else working. We stood as long as we could and my friend said something to that black woman. She said she would be with us shortly. We continued to wait and I finally sat down in the entry while my friend looked for someone to help us. My friend, a Chinese lady, told me we should sit in a booth. We sat down and no one came. Finally, she got up and returned to tell me we have to move to another booth because there was no service at that booth. This is a very dark restaurant and difficult for us to even see so we like the windows, but we were supposed to move to a dark booth. I told her I had lost my appetite and we would go elsewhere.

I had noticed the service at that Red Lobster was pretty bad at times, but this was horrible. You cannot expect to stay in business long with employees like you have there.

Also, the divided light panes of glass in the entry doors is always filthy. Do they never wash those windows? If they are like that where customers can see it, it makes you wonder how dirty the kitchen is.
