Red Lobster review: Because she's a general manager she can hand you slop?

I am only given a 1 due to this gm attitude. I work in an office nearby and we order quite frequently especially on fridays during lent. The previous time I got mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato which had a a decent amount of crab in them. They made good on the order; I was extremely sure when I ordered again it would be good! It wasn't. Please don't show a picture of a crab topped potato when a person receives a baked potato not sliced open and a few slivers of crab and sauce. If she is the cook, she needs to take pride in what customers receives. I gave my number for her to call... Don't expect it but will never order anything with crab topping — I wouldn't get it anyway, or most likely the lobster topping. Take the picture off the menu — it's false.
