My friends and I went to visit your Queensbury location and we were seated quickly but it took our waitress about 20 mins to come back with our drinks and take our order. Then we waited for about 45 mins for our food which came out in pieces, half the table got their plates and the other half waited another 15 mins only to be missing utensils and side dishes. I ordered the trio with the shrimp and the Alfredo part was cold and looked like it had been sitting on my plate for some time. For what I paid for my dinner I would have expected much better service and quality of food.
