Recovery Management Solutions review: I do not owe this company anything, I have never used their services before but they keep calling me

I received a phone call from 631-763-7709 trying to reach a Phillip, who owns a company in California. I told them that this was not Phillips phone number and that I had this phone number for over a year. The gentleman on the phone says [censored] You and hangs up. I do know what business this Phillip owns in California and I can reach out to him to let him know that he owes money to this company and in my state what this company did could be considered illegal.
