Oh my! This started with an interstate move and their inability to transfer the service effectively after three years of being a customer. When I wanted to buy out the cooler (same cooler I've had for 3 years), they offered it to me for the bargain basement price of $261 dollars. After I stopped laughing, I told them thanks but no thanks and go ahead and cancel my service. Well, still waiting two weeks later for them to pick up said cooler and our empty bottles. Each business day since that call I have been told they will be by the next day to pick it up but when I get to that next day, the app tells me that the pickup date has, in fact, been moved to the next day. Several subsequent calls have garnered me nothing but apologies, and promises to document and put in tickets but I've still got that clearly solid gold cooler with no end in sight.
Recommendation: If you are in a position to do so, I'd suggest buying a reasonably priced cooler from Amazon and getting your water from Walmart or Lowe's.
