It is now 1:40pm april 20th. I was in the store approx. 10 minutes age and was paying for my purchases and ordered a #4 lottery ticket. When the gentleman gave it to me i thought it was the wrong one so i nicely said #4 and he ask what it said on #4 and when i read it i told him he was absolutely right and told him i was sorry. He told me no problem. The shift manage standing right next to him under her breath but loud enough i could hear said (just what it says on the card). So, when i left i apologized to the gentleman serving me again. She is most definityly not customer friendly. I won't go back on her shift.
Desired outcome: I REALLY WISH I HAD GOT HER NAME SO THAT SHE COULD BE SPOKEN TO ABOUT THE RUDENESS ,BUT I DIDN'T SO I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO.
