I have had CenturyLnk internet service ONLY for several years. During that time I have had the following ongoing problems.
1. Their "high speed" internet almost always runs at 5% leading to unstable connections and falling off zoom business meetings.
2. Because I don't have a CenturyLink phone number or Email, I can't log onto their site to view the bill and their emails may or may not show up in my email. So, I pay the monthly amount due and call periodically to reconcile accounts. I would call every month, except you sometimes wait for over an hour to speak to someone.
3. Which leads to the my most recent complaint: in mid-February, I called to get the amount due. I was told I had a $75 credit, more than the monthly bill. So I didn't pay the bill. A week later, the bill came due and they charged me a hefty late fee with no notification to me. and then charged additional fees every month for 5 months.
Recommendation: Avoid like the plague unless you like an inferior lousy product with even worse customer service
