I tried to purchase a computer through Qvc using the easy pay option, I kept receiving a declined notification over and over so I called customer service and they told they weren't allowed to tell me why it was declining my card, so I called my bank and it already had a Qvc pending purchase on it. Apparently one of my attempts had actually went through and I was attempting to charge it multiple times but I wouldn't know that because the agent didn't inform me of it, I also never received any form of notification/email saying I even had a pending order.
When I finally did receive an email saying thank you for your purchase days after I made it, I click the link in the email to check my order status and my account has been suspended so I call customer service and they ask "who is ____" ( it was my sister's name), so I said " my sister" she informed me that my sister owes a Qvc debt which has to be paid before I can make a purchase because it goes by address we live in a mobile home park, my sister lives on an entirely different lot, I have my own home which I pay rent on. I informed her of this and that my lease/lot number are different than that of my sister and she had to send an email to cooperate which will take about a week to ask if I can get my account reinstated.
They are treating me like I owe them a debt because of a family member past debt and like they're doing me a favor by letting me purchase an item from them, terrible customer service, terrible response time and terrible ethic, why are they allowed to even tell someone who is not my sister that she owes a debt to them in the first place? Maybe if or when they do reinstate my account I most likely won't be trying to purchase anything further from them.

Days later when I received the notification that I had made a purchase I clicked on "order status" and when I went to log into my account it was suspended. I called customer service and they told me it was suspended because my sister owed an outstanding debt to them from years ago at the same address, I informed her that we live in a mobile home park so I have my own home, my own lease, my own lot number etc. and she said I couldn't make a purchase until my sister paid her outstanding debt with them.
After arguing with her for awhile she sent an email to cooperate explaining the situation and asking them to reinstate my account, I have yet to hear back from them and she said it may take up to a week and while all of this is going on they still have a hold on my money in my bank account. Terrible customer service, terrible response time and also how can they tell someone who is not my sister about her outstanding debts to them?
I think even if I do manage to get my account reinstated with them that I probably won't even make a purchase because i'm very disappointed in their service.
2 weeks to deliver no ups tracking info
Just got a Q-Card. Already rotten customer service on my very first order.
Paid for skin care kit on 1/22/2014, it is now six days later and there is zero UPS tracking information that it has even left QVC warehouse! Usually receive HSN, Amazon and other online orders 3-4 days after ordering. QVC online says the "estimated delivery date" is February 5th -- 14 days to DELIVER? Spent 25 minutes on hold for "customer service" and the woman said she couldn't help at all. I am paying for prompt delivery AND for ongoing tracking information. I asked the woman if this is what I should expect from every QVC order -- 2 weeks to deliver? No tracking info? 25 minutes on hold? No help or apologies? She said "no, " I could contact UPS. I said NO, that tracking info is supposed to be on your website as part of the usual and customary customer service you promise and every other online retailer provides when sent by UPS. Think, if it ever arrives, I will request a full refund of the purchase price and my return shipping and close the account (and send it back). Unbelievable!

The company Qvcs.org recently charged me for $30, and I have no idea for what. I found their customer services phone number and tried to call them. Their phones were busy, but one day I spoke with a lady, who promised to return money within 4 days. I haven’t received money and never heard from this company again. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.

First Ive been a customer since I am 19. Im 36 now. It started with my packages getting delivered to a similar address in a nearby town, and having to fight the charge. Then they deliver stuff that can MELT (makeup) in 100 degree weather and customer service people can be nasty. Then I bought 2 Royal Place rugs and I have owned them before so I didnt forsee any issues, but these are completely falling APART! My other rugs were atleast 8 yrs old and looked brand new. These look like they are 15 yrs old and they are maybe a year. When I called they basically told me royal palace is a qvc brand and too bad. Sorry deal with the waste of over 600 dollars. My packages come and its obvious they have been opened. I actually got one that had all the lotion removed from the tubs! Or they dont come at all and my returns conviently get lost. and the best... They return the wrong items... Does anyone actually read the slips in the box. Its so annoying... Then they have the nerve to send me a letter stating I have a very high return rate and well they dont like that! Seriously! Fix the issues and stop blaming me.

I ordered a xbox one game system but I received a 22 piece knife set...The manager showed no empathy and basically said " sorry" we'll give you your money back and told me to have a good night...This was on December 23, 2015 so basically my son does not have anything for Christmas which he cried when he realized he didn't have anything to open for Christmas..
i was previously with Quality Vacation club then i informed them i could no longer pay, then they said they will convert into Multidestination club which will be a much cheaper option. but i still could not afford and i am not using these holiday points. They still refuse to cancel the membership and i cannot pay for something i do not use. details BR Madigage

DO NOT BUY FROM QVC.com-I was a loyal customer for 15years at least. Have a lot of jewelry, household products, clothing products
etc spent tens of thousands over the years. Then I order garden plants a few years ago. They all arrived dead. I called customer service and offered to send all these dead plants shipped way earlier than they should have been. Customer service told me that they don't accept perishable items back to just throw them out. Shockingly, I ordered a different type item in Spring on was told my account had been suspended for too many returns of perishable items. I explained that these items arrived dead and I would have been happy to return them for evidence if necessary. It was a pain to have all these boxes to bundle up and dead plants in the garbage.
Then about a week later I got a letter from QVC Headquarters telling me I will permanently be bared from shopping with them.
I was angry, but never looked at there shows again. A few weeks ago (after 3 years) a friend of mine, a Jewelry designer had her showing on QVC. I called customer service and ordered a very special piece. They opened a new account for me and gave me a new customer member number. The next time I looked at my order status I couldn't access my account (account suspended was written across the top of the screen). I had also order a small item that I did receive and naturally was billed for. So, when my friend was on again I ordered an item no longer available for my birthday present. The order went through and I put a few other items on a wish list.
The next day I went to check when my item might ship. Once again, Account Suspended!
So much for self proclaimed Great Customer Service. How can you have a double standard. Items are returnable with no questions asked thirty day guarantee for some customers not all. SHAME ON YOU, QVC are thieves.
Well I am upset. Apparently 12 years ago I had a charge off with qvc…my account went to collections…it was a few hundred dollars…I paid it off and that was that…I just forgot to pay it life happens…but I settled it…then I reopened my account about a year later no problem…I have spent literally thousands of dollars since…just ask my husband…and a few weeks ago they cancelled a bunch of my orders…I wondered if it was the old charge off. But I thought that was so long ago and it was settled…sure enough I called them and they finally told me that was the reason…I said it was a long time ago…I have never had an issue since and I love qvc! I asked if there was anything I could do to get my account back…they said nope…so I’ve been cancelled by qvc for a mistake many years ago…I am very sad about it. I guess they don’t believe in second chances :/ too bad it was one of my favorite things to do. I’m sad…

Same thing just happened to me. The debt was from 5 years ago. I've ordered probably $30,000. in the last 3 years with no problem. They just cancelled all my orders without any warning.
It’s crazy because I can’t even order from HSN because someone that lives at this address which is my billing address owed money over 20 years ago! So they will ban the whole address. I did have a qvc account but couldn’t access it once to change my payment method when I changed banks and missed 1 payment and paid it with late fee and then they canceled me. It’s crazy because there’s deals and stuff I want off of there very badly and I can’t order from them.
Qvc closed my account eventhough I was paid in full with no issues called customer service was told it was closed for life because of suspicious activity on my account.was suppose to get a letter of explanation but never did.It is sad they treated me the way they did Was a loyal customer for years never had an issue or ever late.so to me I was closed for no reason and the funny thing wS paying with my own pay pal account witch is automatic or I would use my own credit card they are realy ridiculous. Wow.. I’m in tears.. I love QVC so much. Been loyal customer 27 years. Referring my surgeon mom father judge & husband. Referred all my friends. I have spent thousands dollars. Every December I spend 5,000 just on Christmas I pay it off 7 days later not using easy pay. Christmas 2021. Bought 3,000,,, I called pay bill in full about 10 days later. Keep in mind my easy pay hasn’t even kicked in yet. I’m paying early. During my payment process the QVC block chain computer billing systems crashed. Taking 1,800 and showed red past due on rest of items. Truly easy fix from finance could fix. My husband works at Wall Street says it 2 min fix.. so finally after 3 days manager fixed my acct. re putting the difference into easy pay. I payed 1,400 same day. Next month QVC started taking more easy pay on blankets in fact they were 45.00 on 3 pay left I payed 11 payments time 4 blankets. I called up qvc telling them something is terribly wrong with my acct. i can’t use it. Says all in red past due yet it payed early and payed off. QVC owes me money back. Was told they were sorry and would send finance no worries acct will get fixed and if I should owe one penny I can pay next week because it’s at least that long of turn around to get message back to me. I was told to call back in week n let dust settle as they said. Next I call back I was told I owe 200 dollars I said ok no worries I will pay that now. We processed payments. During this the computer crashed and not only was red not removed it was added back to my acct. called manager keep in mind I spoke to a good 37 managers contacted finance 21 times since Dec to help me sort out the acct it was locked and in red I couldn’t use it. Meanwhile my back kept taking payments. I called back up paid another 800 meanwhile on this call manager discovers I keep paying yet the account won’t clear out red. She wrote notes. Could see good 55 notes from other calls I made. Every time we call finance they woujldbt write them back or phone me to say my balance if any. I called everyday 8 months to clear my acct. i said I love QVC I spend over 2,000 month or more. I own business. I’m CEO myself.. can’t imagine why qvc can’t tell me what I owe so I can pay it and start ordering again. I was planning spend 3,000 on Halloween we always do haunted yard haunt. Love qvc. No returns ever but maybe 2 in years. Paid on time in full. Posted there stuff on my Facebook. Referring over 543 customers. Finally 2 weeks ago called say so what did finance say do u have my balance I really want order Halloween I know it July but need get hear start. Was told yes honey soon I sent it up to finance. Give it week u should have red fixed from our computer crash & can pay but I notice u have already obet payed us no worries I advise don’t pay us any more money cause we owe u let’s just let finance fix u up. Just think u can get ur Halloween soon/ I said yes plus I’m doing 3 tree for Christmas this year so will be ordering that too. I could barely sleep I was so excited. I felt like kid. She says oh I’m sorry to inform u this but we deducted what we owed you from your acct can see over payments we are so sorry but u will need call this other number to pay ur balance. Upon calling it was collections. My body drop floor. I let out big cry n said omg no way why did they do this? How much do I owe .. lady says yeah u owe 69.43.: I said ok no worries I’ll pay that now in full. I then was told my ref number to call back QVC. Upon calling qvc to place my order I was informed instead of finance fixing my acct to pay my balance they closed my acct? I was so upset I cried. I fainted in my living room my husband was in aww.. saying omg what happened. When I came to it was me finding out that not only was my acct closed it was forever? I’m CEO business earning high bracket year. Hubby at wall street. I can pay my bill in full I don’t need easy pay. Yes I used it some over years but I was paying my acct always on time. Ur telling me that my acct went red a mistake by crash of system not my fault a loyal customer/ I can’t can’t any longer use my acct? Lady replied it was only way to fix ur acct? I said they coulda put it on new easy pay. Or remove red. The robot wouldn’t remove red yet it kept taking my payments? It obvious I’m calling to pay u why can’t u fix my acct? Why close t? Well, I feel so much better to know that I am not the only QVC customer whose account has been closed without warning. Mine was closed last week because I had ordered the item via automated system (machine), then quickly checked customer reviews of the item (which were very poor and warning others not to make the purchase), and immediately cancelled the order within 90 minutes of original call. The item was the HALO generator for the home; the live presentation was late at night and the hosts really pushed the HALO with special financing on the Q-card. I have 2 of the HALO car starter electrical chargers for several years and love them; unfortunately, too many negative reviews of the generators told me to cancel the order and I did. I never had problems with any previous cancellation and I even called Customer Service in the morning to verify the cancellation.
About three weeks later, the Fedex driver delivers a giant carton with no markings or indications of what it was nor from whom. He peeked in the shipping carton and saw the name HALO. I told him it had been cancelled and I did not want it, period. The driver was very nice and offered to handle the return (package refusal) for me; I am disabled & couldn't possibly physically maneuver that carton. I asked if I had to sign anything authorizing refusal or whatever; the Fedex driver said no and he left with the package. That was the entire story.
Now, QVC is holding me responsible for $1079.98 for the Halo generator which they say was never returned. The Fedex driver took the package and said he would take care of it, and that's it. I have no proof for something that I had cancelled three weeks earlier. Synchrony Bank told me that I should pay my regular QVC bills but not the $1079.98 until the investigation is completed.
I have been with QVC since they started 30+ years ago (I'm also a longtime HSN customer) and now they are treating me like a criminal. On top of closing my account, the representative told me that they found four QVC accounts in my name. What? No way, unless change of email addresses is considered to be separate accounts. Reading so many other similar complaints makes me think that QVC is no longer as organized, proficient, interested, nor capable of running such a mammoth enterprise. Oh well, I'll save a lot of money...
QVC recently did the same thing to me. They closed my account without warning or explanation. When I pushed them for an answer they said there was another account at my address where money was owed. Not possible I told them. The address I lived at was new construction and I moved there when it was brand new. No one had ever occupied it but me. They were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to try and get this sorted out. I still have some easy pays with them and I can't even access my account anymore to see my items or payments. I was a loyal customer for many years (from the CVN) days and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with QVC. In my opinion they are an irresponsible and unreputable company. I'm not sure what kind of deceitful trickery they have started engaging in.

I was a QVC customer for 20 years. When I lost my job unexpectedly, I contacted QVC to see if I could make arrangements to pay my account for a lesser amount each month until I became employed again. I was told that was not possible to do. After no one would work with me, I was forced to file bankruptcy in 2016. Years later after I had continued to place order and payments were deducted from my banking account with perfect flex pay history-never a missed payment, my account was cancelled. No reason was given. I could not even pull QVC up on my computer. I 2020, I received an email from QVC telling me they missed me and requested I come back. I was able to bring up the site and they approved a $1, 400 credit card for me. I returned 2 items since opening, purchased many, many more. One item from Jimmy the Baker arrived with one side of the cinnamon rolls unsealed. How they even left his business is unbelievable! What kind of quality control do they have? So I purchase 6 Comfy's to complete my Christmas shopping and my account is cancelled.; The order was cancelled. I owe nothing in current payment due and have a $150.00 payment pending. Why did they wait years to cancel my account after I filed bankruptcy? Why did they invite me to come back and shop with them? Why did they approve a credit card with a high limit (I have $185.00 on this credit card at present time).They are loosing a good customer--What are they thinking? The problem is they are not thinking!
I also have been a QVC customer for over 20 years in good standing, or so I thought. Over the past two years, I returned a few items ordered because they were USED when they arrived. I noted this on the return slip and a letter to which I attached the return receipt. This included Belle, Quacker Factory, Isaac, Dooney and Bourke, Brezzies. I paid the shipping to return their used items. I did not receive a warning letter because I would have sent it to the CEO with a response. Instead, I received a letter that my account was permanently closed. I wrote their CEO this time with the copy of the letter and why I had returned the items. Sending used products is a health hazard - especially now. I told the CEO not to bother to reopen or remove the closure because if this is how they treat loyal customers, I don't need to spend my money with them. I hope they go out of business. Karma is a b----.
I was a customer with QVC since it's inception and have never had an issue with my account nor with my QVC Credit Card Account. In June 2019 for unforeseeable reasons I was forced to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy which DID NOT include my QVC credit card since the account was paid in full/closed. I went to make a purchase with QVC on or about 09/14/19 and noticed that my previous order history was gone so I decided to wait before making the purchase until I could contact QVC. I contacted QVC on 09/19/19 via online chat was advised that my account was permanently closed because I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy June 2019 and that the account COULD NOT be reopened. There was no communication received from QVC on their decision to permanently close my account nor was there good cause for QVC to close my account since my account had ALWAYS been in good standing.
Obligated "Employee but not speaking on the behalf of the company" statement but I feel like I should say something. Accounts do get closed when there's a high amount of returns. But only after 3 warnings, and only when you've returned over 75% of what you've purchased. (From entire order history)
It's an automatic shutdown from the system and doesn't happen over a few plants. I feel bad this happened to you, I get it can be hard to keep track of your order history if it spans over years. I hope you find a better shopping experience elsewhere.
Why did they investigate my account because I didnt recieve an order that said delivered AND then I had an order that had missing stuff- I sent it back.
They closed my account also and then, I guess guilt by association, my mother and sister's accounts. We have shopped with them for over 20 years. They say nothing but "I'm sorry". Banned for life and basically to say good luck elsewhere, it's ridiculous. Sorry they cannot work with customers that have had to return items or have had hard times and have taken a longer time to paid off items.
My moms account of well over 15 years & a 100% good paynent status, was closed without notice. No return issues, card was paid in full. She hasn't used it in a while. Is that the reason it was canceled?
I had the same unexpected experience with QVC, the shopping experience and CS were excellent. After 20 years shopping at QVC, the unexpectedly suspended my account w/o notice, charged my account twice after I had paid and called about it several times. I went ahead and cancelled my account. QVC has really changed. Sad. I loved shopping at QVC. The world turns.
similar thing happened to me, I think it's odd that they cancel you forever even when you return the product and don't owe them money. Mine was I sent it back 31 days instead of 30 days so they wanted me to pay for boots that were not in my possession, I told them I'd pay a restocking fee but not for the boots because they had them back and resold them. Their policies are very strange. I've moved to HSN but miss some of the brands on QVC like Issac M.
I got a QVC account and I moved, I had to change banks because ours was not supported in Texas. I tried notifying everyone that my banking account had changed it took two or more weeks to get checks and credit card, They did not want to hear it. I paid off what I owed and forgot about it.

QVC states they will not charge your credit card until the order ships but hello that is not true. I check my bank statement daily and I was charged something for an item that was not even shipping for 2 weeks.When I called they stated not to worry it is in pending on my bank and if it does not go through the bank will take it off in a few days. Well a few days is a lot when it had a high price tag.They seemed to not care and when I spoke to a friend she said the same thing happened to her.Holding up your money for any period of time is wrong. And the pending took more than a few days to reverse.

i have always paid everything in full just happened to check my bank account and i had a 5easy pays, nothing was ordered that had easy pay thats all it said, no explanation, i havent had easy pays for years i called customer more then once, seems like no one wanted to help, i dont think i should have to pay 150.00 for something i didnt order easy pay was 30.00 dollars each.
IM still waiting to see if this is taken off of my account, if not i will persue further.

I placed an order on the 11th, rec'd a confirmation on the 12th, on the 13th I logged on to see if it had shipped and the order wasn't there and then I got kicked off the site. I thought they were having issues with their website so I called and was told that my account had been suspended due to past due easy pays. I had no idea what they were talking about but finally they mentioned the date and I realized they were talking about 2 purchases I had made when my bank had a security breach and we had to change debit cards - I called QVC at that time and thought it was taken care of on the new debit card but they say no. I am waiting for information where I can check this out. In the mean time they have charged me the first easy pay on this order they are refusing to send. They were extremely rude and I was just trying to get all this cleared up. If I owe them that money I will pay it --- after I am sure that I do owe it --- I would like to receive what I ordered but if not they need to refund the $50 they have already charged me with for that order they are refusing to send. They were astoundingly rude -- No matter how good the products may be or the ease of paying using the no-interest easy pays I will not purchase products from a company that is this abusive to me. They charged my card two days AFTER they told me they weren't sending the product - sounds dishonest to me. Don't order from them - other places have the same products - just turn the channel.

All the email address online for QVC do not work. (all must be false) They are telling me I am delinquent on easy pay, called my bank, there is not a problem with my card. My bank told me the problem is with QVC. Used a second card, it was denied by QVC, that was also a good card. Apparently their system needs updated, the people there really do not know what they are doing. I have never had any credits problems in my life. HSN is connected to QVC and I have no problems buying from them. I AM DONE WITH QVC

I found out today, GE Capital who represents the Q card reported to the credit bureau my account was closed due to a settlement, still owing QVC $74.00 and change. This is ridiculous. QVC has really slipped in their "customer service" lately. Things being sent that weren't ordered, waiting one month to get your refund on a returned item and the very frequent incorrent amount refunded to your card (always in their favor of course). Also, there have been several items that have been ordered and received damaged lately. Then the hassle begins with customer service. It can take dozens of calls just to handle the return of one damaged item. Then instead of refunding your card they give you a merchandise credit. And of course, anytime you have a problem with customer service comes the famous "we'll have to let corporate take care of it" Which is some kind of code for it will be another three weeks before it gets handled if at all. My advice stay away from them. They have become rip off artists. Oh, and so much for their no hassle return policy. One day past 30 days and they'll just mail your item right back to you. No refund for you.And you're not allowed too many returns either. It's one big scam for people who are lonely or housebound to suck you in like you're their friend or something just to get you to buy, buy, buy.

I can't agree more, I ordered a Christmas Gift in the middle of November, expecting it to get here before Christmas. It said within a week of my order that the order had shipped and I would get the order by the middle of December. So On that date I still hadn't got the gift. So I called and they said the order had just been sent out the day I called. That's not what the email said. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying my order had shipped and it would be here on the 24th of December. Only problem is, the customer service rep said I'd get my order the next day. Which would have been on the 21st of December. A day before Christmas and doubt I'll get my gift for my wife in time. QVC is full of the customer service scam if you ask me.

My complaint is that QVC stated that they will give me back what I was charged for any products bought.
They said that they will give me back my shipping and handling.
They gave me back their shipping and handling but not mine.
Because it did not fit well, I had to pay extra to send their product back.
I think they should have sent me a return shipping label that covered my shipping cost.
I feel that a lot of people are being taken advantage of because it cost too much to send the items back.
I requested for them to send me back my extra shipping cost. I have had no response at this time from them.

is this the first time ordering from them? if not, you should already know their s&h practices. Qvc has been running a scam for years! 90% of the products sold thru them are made in china. Qvc has a pre-paid return sticker and it's 6.95 for all returns, it is deducted from your method of payment, which for most ppl is credit card. you can choose to use that sticker and lose your 6.95 or send it out at your own cost. for example: you are sending back earrings and you tell the USPS clerk you want to pay the postage. it may cost a mere 1.50 postage to send back + confirmation cost of 1.00. that is a grand total of 2.50. only use Qvc pre-paid return sticker when the item is weighty and it would cost more than 6.95 to send item back. other than that, you should avoid buying from them.

past-due notices
I am so tired of receiving bills from QVC/GEMB that are always late and show an amount past due. I never receive a bill on time and I am never notified by email, phone, or postal mail that I have a payment upcoming so I can pay it ON TIME and not accrue past-due amounts. I have other things going on in my life that are important and need my attention; I do not need to babysit companies that use fradulent practices to obtain money from their patrons. It certainly doesn't make these companies attractive to prospective clients. Does anyone care to check into these companies' accounting procedures? I guess not, since there are so many complaints against both companies and no actions have been taken to rectify the problems. I refuse to pay past-due amounts and will continue in this fashion. They don't care about me, why should I care about them? I have nothing to lose, since my credit score is already a mess. I have no actual "credit cards" and do not plan to apply for any, I have a steady income due to a disability and, frankly, I do not care to play "the money game" these companies use on unsuspecting individuals. I ordered an item send to my daughter in another state. She returned the item. We have been 4 months trying to get the money back. She calls customer service and they tell her they have credited my credit card for the amount. I call QVC customer service and they tell me the amount has been credited to my credit card and I should call them. I call the credit card company and they tell me they have NOT been credited. I have to call QVC back and they tell me first that they sent a check to my daughter and then that her account has a credit. I insist they either send a check or credit my card as she doesn't buy anything from them. They assure me they will but they assured me a month ago that they would credit my account. I am finished with them. I just want to sit down and cry today.

these people are downright hateful
The customer service reps at qvc are not what they use to be! I don't know where they are getting these people from but, they are some of the most hateful people that I have ever encountered in the short time that I have been doing business with them. So far I have not had a bad experience with those at hsn, but the ones at qvc are something else. Its gotten to the point that I don't really like having to deal with them. What happened to the nice people that use to work at qvc?

mattress is too soft, no support
This Mattress was seen on tv, QVC sales I called and set up an order, with payments coming from my checking acct. for I think 6 months. My body sink into the mattress, it's even hard to turn over in bed, my back and legs has been giving me trouble every since I have had it, and I don't know how to contact the company. I am 74 years old and could use a bit more confort than what I am getting, would like to have this mattress picked up, it's well padded and cleaned. purchased in December 2010

qvc=overpriced garbage
One more thing my wife ordered from these people, one more overpriced piece of junk that doesn't work. This time it was an ionic air "cleaner", that not only didn't clean anything, but kicked out so much ozone that it burned your throat. Then there was the vacuum that could be purchased elsewhere for half the price, that broke down the second time I used it because the plastic bearings in the brush roll (yes, plastic bearings) melted! Then there were the way overpriced fuzzy clothes hangers that don't allow clothes to hang straight and collect tons of lint so bad that they are unusable. And then there was the overpriced, outdated TV that I wouldn't even let her take out of the box. I surprised these hucksters are still in business with the amount of junk I send back to them. They make sure that their TV station is always there no matter what level of cable you get, there it is, always on a low channel, waiting for gullible people to give them their credit card number. Anyone know how to block this channel (and HSN)? Come on, I know there are a ton of guys out there that feel my pain.

closed my acct stopped shipment
I am a brand new customer with qvc, I ordered Melania Trump jewelry to the tune of $500 total (yes they charged me tax) the shipped the watches and bracelet which were too big i sent them back, but nothing else came. Called 2/12 cust svc says they closed my acct because they could not verify info, im like what the? i have an american express gold card for cod's sake! (thank God with amex you can go online and dispute charges) so they cancelled all my other items which were for my birthday, and never ever sent me a notice or called me. they want me to fax corporate or write a letter, i'm like yeah when pigs fly! can you tell i'm from boston? heehee Down with QVC! And they are going to try to charge my credit card for shipping! i dont think so...

After ordering a tv in Dec they claimed we would receive it on FeB 7th, we never heard anything from the delivery company and keep calling QVC. They said "we have till the 7th" . On the 4th we called and they said the delivery company canceled because they couldn't reach us, that was later changed to "we canceled"! Both are lies! no one spoke to us, QVC has claimed to have this at there corporate level. And will contact us. Again no one has! What a bunch of frauds! I will buy somewhere else thank you very much. Once again even in a bad economy, companies show they do not care about the customer.

bait and switch prices
I did a search for a bath and body gel Philosophy Red Fishy. It came up on the QVC search page as $Special Price $ 22.73. I hit “add to cart” and it come up at $25.00. Not a big difference but with Shipping at over $5 it was. I printed the page and saved it and sent an email to QVC asking for the special price. They did not respond to me until they had fixed the page and told me I had watched the video which listed the special price. I watched no video and had the print out to prove the price but they refuse to answer me further. Just an example of bad customer service…imagine if you really need them to help you.

Been having some problems with QVC. I have been using them for some time and never had any complaints but lately i am having a billing dispute on a purchase i made and i cant seem to get anyone on the phone to speak with about this. This is how they hold your existing funds and falsely claim issues with their computers "being unable to bill." I am certain you had existing easy pay orders that you CONTINUED to pay on while they cut off access from you being able to view your own account.
Who knows how they are manipulating payments. There r people in their organization who have been convicted of billing fraud. Let's hope the FTC szarts investigating these claims where QVC is arbitrarily and falsely denying people access to accounts. Check your app-does it always say that you can't look up billing information? ( Not orders, but payments- they are denying customers access & claiming they have to check this on their bills).
