Quest Diagnostics review: Gave 5+ tubes of blood. 3 vials prepared for urine. Urine sample given

I had labs blood drawn on 9/29/2021 at 9:23 am at the location on Carrier Blvd in Grand Prairie.
Last night get email stating Labs ready.
I went on MyQuest today & only lab was a B-12. I tried contacting Customer Service. After going through numerus automated responses, finally put me through. On hold forever (it stated higher than usual call volume) but continued to hold. Once the clock hit 4 PM they hung up on me. I had been in holding pattern for a long time. This is unacceptable.

I have a Doctor's appt. Tuesday morning but only lab result from 3 pages, 5+ tubs of Blood & 3 vials of urine is B12. What happened to my blood & urine. Did they loose it. I fasted, worked really hard over past 3 months for good results to only get no results. In December 2020 they took a urine sample but no results & no one could tell me what happen. I sorry does not cut it. When one is not well and they take so much blood and one gets no results? What did they do with my blood. I even tried the actual lab where they do the testing and can't get a live person. Just automation & hang ups.

Desired outcome: I want my lab results for the blood & urine taken.
