Ordered out 3chees kids nacho was told had to have the chips in the bowl. It is new corporate rule due to people getting too many chips they would get them on the side and as their side choice. Do YOU know that makes the chips soggy in less than 5 minutes? YOU are proportioning the food, so You are controlling how much customers receive. How about making the chips children's portions instead? DAWW
Claimed loss: you lost me as a customer [protected]@yahoo.com got home and my kids didn't want them because the chips were soggy. Next time ill go to Moe's. Haa haa they feed kids for free lol
Desired outcome: Don't lie to customers and say that is a corporate policy and if you are giving out too many chips proportion them but dont make me put them in the bowl and have them be soggy before they get home in less than 10 minutes.

Went to the location on south Main in Ann Arbor MI, Ordered a children's three cheese nachos. Was told it is a new corporate policy that the chips have to go in the bowl even with a carry out order. Because (insert drum roll here)... chips are an option on the side and people are getting too many chips. DAWWW who is proportioning the chips people? The same workers so make to portions child size and allow t hem to be on the side so they are not soggy when i get home and my kid won't eat them. Use your brain people. I wonder if this is actually a new policy by corporate or if this was just the way the workers make their own rules? Wont go there again Ill go to Moe's or Chipolte
Sounds like they’re making things a bit more complicated than needed. Let them know that the soggy chip situation is not ideal – maybe they'll rethink this rule if enough people speak up. You're right, they should rethink portions instead!
