When I arrived, I asked for brown rice and it was so sticky and cold that it came out a big clump. I asked him what was wrong with it. He said all we probably put too much water in it so I said I’ll take the white rice if it’s better, it was not much better after he put the brown rice back into the container from her bowl and proceeded to smashed down white rice bowl went to the chicken and it appeared black and burned. By the time I got all of my toppings the bowl was skimpy a little ( four to five pieces of green peppers per bowl for vegs no onion) small scoop of corn, cheese, guacamole etc…Over half full not my experience ever in the past at this store. All of the young people there had lethargic behavior, greasy hair and nonchalant attitudes. I paid $22 for this and it was small.
I’m unsure why 6 staff stood around and only one person in the restaurant. The food was cold and not maintained too bad not sure I will go back not the usual service there.
