may24th @~2:30pm i placed an order with the Qdoba in milwaukee wisconsin on Oakland Ave and received the completely wrong order. Once i got home and realized it i quickly came right back and returned the wrong order and asked for mine. the wrong order was immediately thrown out in my face when i asked if i could still have it, since i know it’s against company policy to keep it and re-serve it. When i asked for extra chips or some kind of compensation for receiving the wrong order and having to come all the way back to the restaurant, i was ignored. Also received no utensils for my meal, altogether a terrible experience and very disrespectful.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate any kind of response or apology from the lady who was working there and hope she gets her act together, and at least an extra bag of chips or something. [protected]@gmail.com is my email address

I arrived at the Qdoba Mexican grill in Milwaukee, WI (the address I 3101 N. Oakland Ave Milwaukee, WI 53202) on Saturday January 27th at approximately 10:57 p. m. I walked to the counter to preceded to order and I seen one of the staff just walk past me and go into the back area of the restaurant. I waited for some one to take my order, then the same staff I seen when I first arrive came to take my order. I preceded to tell her what I wanted. I had to keep repeating my order, because the staff was very rude to me and not listening to what I wanted. She seem as If she didn't want to be there. I then ask if I could speak with a manager, she stated that she was the manager. She was extremely nasty to me very unprofessional and bad for business. I was shocked I always come to this location and usual received very friendly and great service. I have never seen this women before, so I'm assuming she may have been new. I would not be going to that location EVER as long as she is there and I will as be bogging about my experience at this location. I tried calling to speak with a higher supervisor but I was told I would need to go online. I didn't get her name but she was a younger lady African American and she was working the late night shift at this location on Saturday January 27th around closing time. I have never been treated this way. I left there feeling awful. Can someone please look into this matter. Thank you
