Putco review: About a driver

Good day this is Fortunate Malambe I would like to lay a complaint against a bus driver who treats passengers awfully

This has been happening for several times now and I have been calling the helpline but still can't get help with the drivers attitude

The bus number is:4111 and driver number is:523560 and the origin 4095 I take the bus from fourways to Naledi afternoon

-He passes us by when we raise the tags and doesn't stop at the bus stop.

-He doesn't want cash if u have cash he tells u to wait for another coming BUS.

-He doesn't give slips to passengers instead passengers have to pull the slip from the machine themselves

-When wanting to get off the bus he acts like he didn't hear that you want to get off and stops where he wants very far from where I want to get off

-At Highgate he just drops off the passenger and tells the ones that wants to get in that the bus is full and they shouldn't get on the bus

-He sometimes closes the door a dn acts as if it's not working and asks you to push it for yourself if u want to get in

-He drives the bus very slow and does that purposely.

-He also passes when by the robot is red and that puts our lives at risk it can cause an accident. I am not really Happy with this driver and I am hoping as a loyal passenger of putco this will be taken into consideration.
