i rented a 30 passenger buss this past summer with my grad-u-a-ting class and it was a blast! it was actually the high-light of our summer! this buss was such a fun way to bring us all together for a last time before we all parted ways! the service was grate, the ride was smooth and the driver was very kind! thank you AM PM ((:

They were awesum. I just wanna thank u guys for the sick service. My son had a grad drive thru cuz of Covid and we still got to chill in the party bus. I didn't know what was happenin till a few days b4, but they were cool with it and even let me switch the time on the day of. They showed up on time and were dope. Thx for makin my son's grad a badass memory.

We used AM PM before and it's been okay. But this time, we had to cancel last minute coz COVID. The T&C's said non-refundable for cancellations under 24 hours, but come on! These companies should help you out in exceptional cases, especially when you're a good, regular customer. AM PM didn't care, didn't give us back our $450. There are other limos in Calgary. Don't get screwed like us, just because of uncontrollable like COVID. Look around, try someone else.

I resarved a party bus throo AM PM Limo for my boyfriends bday. We was gonna have 25 people on Sat March 28,2020. But cuz of Covid 19, we can't have more than 15 peeps together. So they can't give us the service we paid for. Now they not wannna give me back my deposit of $355.47. They sed I can have a credit for the futur, but I'm not gonna use them again.

I booked a limo with AM PM Limo & Party Bus Calgary for my airport transfer on December 10th. Recently, due to safety concerns, I decided to cancel the reservation. I called the company on December 2nd to inform them, but the person who responded told me that I still had to pay the fifty percent deposit. I argued that it wasn't my fault that the new variant had emerged, and I threatened to report them to my bank and the ComplaintsBoard.com. Despite my objections, they processed the payment without my permission over a week before the scheduled pick-up. This makes me concerned that my credit card has now been compromised. Spending $175 on a company that has poor customer service is a real hassle. Maybe you could assist me and help me get my money back, or I'll have to warn people not to use this company.

When I told her this, she still processed the payment without my permission a week before the scheduled date.

I am worried that my credit card might be compromised now. Spending 175 dollars on a company with dodgy business practices is not something I am willing to do. I might have to report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com or my bank. It would be great if you could help me get my money back. If not, I'll leave a review on Yelp and Google with details about this experience.

Me and my girls all saved up for our gr 12 grad, and we booked with AM/PM Limo & Party Bus Calgary, but let me tell you, we were so disappointed. They took our deposit of $920 back in Feb for a booking in late May, but then our event got cancelled cuz COVID, naturally. We all hoped they would do the right thing and refund us, but nope. It's been 3 months now and we got all kinds of different responses from their customer service- "maybe don't cancel yet, you might use a credit later," "yeah we'll eventually be offering refunds, but not yet," laughing at us saying it ain't their fault COVID happened and their policy is clear, saying the money's already used, and then telling us we gotta reschedule for a bigger vehicle cuz of social distancing, which costs more. The girls tried to find a way to use the deposit money as the booking date got closer, but the price just kept going up with extra charges. We gotta say something now cuz we got treated so poorly. As a biz owner myself, I don't excuse profiting from a pandemic. We all had to sacrifice and take care of our people. We gotta remember who rips people off.

I got a bill on August 4 for my party bus booking on September 3rd, 2022. We agreed I’d pay $677.75, which includes an hour of overtime. On September 14, I got an email with a receipt. On September 24, I noticed an extra charge of $838.25 besides the agreed amount on my credit card statement. I contacted them, and they said the extra cost was for damage that happened on the day of the event ($500) plus overtime hour ($338.25). They told me nothing about the damage on the day of the event. I also asked for a detailed breakdown of the charge per hour, but they ignored my request. They charged my card without notice or proof of damage, and I’m surprised by this. They haven’t replied to my request for a refund.

We rented AM PM Limo for our wedding in August. We were promised a lot of stuff in our contract and on their website about a sweet ride, a good driver, and lots of fun extras. Sadly, none of that happened. Here are some problems we had:

1) The limo was so dirty. It had mud on it and garbage between the seats. Nothing was cleaned.
2) The driver didn't do anything helpful for us. He didn't open doors or help us in and out.
3) The music didn't work! Neither did the AC, which was such a bummer since it was so hot out.
4) We didn't get any of the cute decorations or champagne that we were promised. We only got warm water (ew).
5) One of the seats was broken and it hurt one of the bridesmaids' dresses. It was really dangerous, too.
6) The driver missed some turns and made us lose a lot of time for our photos and videos.

We tried to reach out to AM PM by phone and email, but they weren't very nice to us. They refused to give us any copies of our phone calls and they didn't give us any contact information for their boss. We really want a refund of all our money, or at least some of it.
