They won't give me back the money they owe me. They filled up my tank on January 14th and I have a receipt for 246 gallons. When I moved out, they filled it up again and I received 125.20 gallons. Over the course of 44 days, I used 120.80 gallons. My move-out date was actually on March 1st, not March 2nd. I was always the one paying, not the landlord. On March 2nd, the landlord called and said the tank was at 68% according to Proulx, but I have a picture showing it was between 70% and 75%. Now they're charging me for an extra 68 gallons, even though I only used an average of 3 gallons per day. There's no way I could have used 68 gallons from February 28th to March 1st, considering my average usage was only 3 gallons a day.
